Owned by Frank and Diannah Paradiso, both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America. With previous experience in fine dining restaurants in NYC and Philadelphia, Frank and Diannah have a focus on fresh, flavorful, and innovative food in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

A graduate of Penn State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, as well as a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
