Turkey & Salad Sensations

I stopped here for lunch on a snowy day in PA. This place is in the food court of the Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing. They have a huge menu for a food court joint and most of it was healthy. Their salad items were displayed in the front counter with examples of each salad in a bowl.
When you order, they pick the ingredients for your salad and then mixed it behind the counter. What I received didn’t look as good as the display. Flavors were good except they smothered the salad with a very bland greek dressing and the tomatoes were horrible, probably of the frozen variety. I’ll give them this, it was a large portion but you’ll get better salads elsewhere — well maybe not in Reading unless there is a Panera around.
