History

Established in 1971.

Jim Collins started his foodservice career in 1971. Driven by a desire to please his customers with excellent food and the service to match, the business of «catering» began as customers asked him to deliver the food from his restaurants to their private events. Over the years, the success and satisfaction of catering proved to be the perfect use of his talents and dreams. Now established solely a dedicated catering service, Jim and his wife, Bev, cater hundreds of corporate and personal events throughout the Cedar Valley each year.
