Being a server in the restaurant industry for many years, I frequently have some tension in my neck and back. So, I do spend a few bucks to feel good and to take care of myself by going to get massages and when the pain is really bad I’ll see a chiropractor. I just moved to the area from California and a good friend of mine rec commended Dr. Szymanski in Red Bank.
My experience with Dr. Szymanski was completely different than my last chiropractor, because he spent the extra time and really showed he cared. He adjusted my neck and it immediately felt better. He spent time explaining holistic measures to maintain my overall health and he was very knowledgeable about nutrition — I’m going to try his rec commendations on whole food supplements that I can order through him. He listens and he takes the extra time. I know I am in good hands!
