Founding Owner — General Manager
Ayca brings over fifteen years of combined educational, professional experience in banking and finance. During her career she became a master in nurturing lucrative relationships with clients and colleagues. Her solid leadership, project management and team building abilities allowed her to work across different levels of an organization, launch and manage highly successful projects and ideas.
While working in the financial industry, she became more and more passionate about starting and running her own business. This passion led to the idea to open a French pastry shop with her sister Zeynep and starting her own journey of entrepreneurship.
Ayca is also the Director of Cinema and Grants programs of an arts and culture organization in New York.
