I had great experiences at both locations. The sales people were not aggressive at all when I went in to buy Louboutins for my wedding. The Red Bank location didn’t have the size I needed, so the sales woman called Deal and found my size there. At the Deal location, Leslie was extremely nice and gave me a discount since the shoes were for my wedding. I will definitely be back for the great selection and customer service.

Simply put, my experience at Coco Pari was nothing short of exceptional. I walked in for a pair of shoes and I walked out feeling like a million bucks! Sophie was like my own personal stylist. She was honest, patient and creative and quickly understood my lifestyle. I am thrilled with my purchases and I can’t wait to work with Sophie again. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience Coco Pari, your incredible merchandise matches your incredible staff.

Admittedly their selection is good enough but one has to assume that business isn’t booming considering how aggressive and overbearing their customer service is. When they practically beg you to buy more than you’re buying it comes off as sad and desperate. Even when they’re ringing you up it’s «well do you want to look at jewelry? Don’t you think you’ll want to have these shoes in black too? Have you seen our sunglasses? Can you please just look at our resort wear?» It’s too much; I feel bad that they have to beg but it’s socially exhausting enough that I’d rather just stay away.

I understand that when you go to a high-​end all designer boutique, you can expect to have snobby girls behind the counter but words can’t describe the overall rudeness of the service in this place. While they offer incredible brand names like Louboutin, Dior, Jimmy Choo, etc (which is hard to come by in a rather suburban New Jersey area) I have to say that poor treatment and customer service can truly make you want to shop elsewhere. The girls who work there probably think they are Hilton or Kardashians. They give no help whatsoever and when most items have a price tag of 500 dollars well into the thousands, you want to have luxurious treatment to compliment your shopping experience. I bought a cheaper handbag here and the girl said to me when I asked her opinion «it’s okay but it’s not a Chanel.» Now THAT’S definitely a sure fire way to make you purchase an item. The entire experience was horrid. I’d get better treatment purchasing online at Barney’s rather than feeling like dog shit on their Jimmy Choos.

Ladies, if you love LOUBOUTINS, this is the store for you! They carry the sexiest dresses and shoes I’ve ever seen under 1 roof!
Going in I was only hoping for a simple donation to a local charity, but I left with bags full! (Of course I couldn’t resist the Herve Leger Bandage Dress which did more for me than Spanx ever could!)
The girls helped me pick the perfect one.
Your generosity to the community shines as bright as the boutique in the center of Red Bank. Thank you, thank you!

I will start out on the positive notes–
–Clothing lines offered are very high end designers and nice to see in all one boutique.
–Store itself and selection of items are gorgeous.
–Everything is laid out and displayed in a great way for an easy shopping experience.
–Downstairs is where items on sale live and no one could pass up the shoes down there if your size happens to be left.
Turn off (and yes, this one alone gave this five star boutique a three star rating):
–Staff was «friendly» in a snooty way looking at you like «can you afford this store?». Saleswoman who greeted me from the beginning hovered over me in a very appalling way. I understand that these are high end labels, however I don’t go into the same level of stores in NYC and get treated this way. There’s a big difference between someone showing you some new items that have come in and making a few suggestions to get you rolling and understanding the lay out of the store from someone that just watches over you the entire time you shop at 3 feet away. Some may see that as a personal shopper, but I like my space…
I don’t know if the fact that I was not dressed up while shopping had anything to do with it. As I was casually lounging around Red Banks for the first time (recently moved to NJ) in some Lulu and had minimal makeup on, it leaves me at 31 looking more like 21. Stereotyping someone as soon as they walk in is not a turn on. I definitely feel there were others there that we’re treated in a much friendly manner. Without sounding pompous, there is nothing in the store that I couldn’t have bought if I wanted to but I was so turned off my the salesperson half way through my shopping experience I decided even the items I found I could buy somewhere else because I wouldn’t want to give them my business this trip.
Will I stop back in next time in Red Banks? Yes, most definitely because I’m not going to judge off of one experience. However, I really hope they take everyone that walks into that store as a serious buyer. I would really like to make a routine trip here if I feel more comfortable shopping here next time I’m in town. Feedback welcome from store. :)

Wanna watch your girl’s friends hate their significant other SHOP HERE for her. You’ll look like a star! This place is great! The staff is not only beautiful but also polite, professional, and patient. Yes, expect to spend some of that hard earned $$ BUT your getting top quality and the brands they will kill for! I shop here for my fiancé when I want to get her something nice and they are always very helpful (they won’t just try to sell you the most expensive thing in the place) and again patient (you won’t get that in NYC).

Not impressed.
I have shopped here in the past, and have made many large purchases in the past. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, when a friend and I went in to look for some new shoes. The staff was rude and seemed to be pushing us out the door. Granted, they were set to close in 30 minutes, but that’s not good customer service.
I’ll be going elsewhere for my high-​end purchases.

Walked in looking for a pair of nude shoes and ended up walking out with an extra surprise. I have been shopping here for years and Sophie has always been so helpful with picking out exactly what I had in mind coming in. It is always a pleasure to come in and all the girls really take the time to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for.

Great selection of designer shoes, Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, Giuseppe Zanotti, etc. Purchased an amazing pair of Jimmy Choo boots that I love and the sales associate was very helpful!

The selection is fabulous… the service. let’s just say it leaves much to be desired. Rude, rude, rude! Upon walking in the door i felt as though I was immediatly being «assessed» by the staff. I don’t like that. I explained to the girl who helped me what I was looking for and she pulled a few things for me… none of which I cared for. I wasn’t rude at all I just felt as though she wasn’t really listening and I nicely said I’d like to continue looking around myself for a bit… to which i received an eye roll and a face made at another employee. What’s with the attitude? Because I didn’t like your selection? Sweetheart you are a salesgirl… you are no better than myself or anyone else so take it down a notch! I was irritated and left. A week later i purchased the perfect Valentino cocktail dress to the tune of $ 4200 at Bergdorf. They listened to what i wanted and showed me 3 selections, the very first one which I chose, and didn’t roll their eyes at me. I purchased my shoes at Garmany, which now I know is really where I should have gone in the first place if I wanted good service. I’ll drive an hour to the city to shop before returning to CoCo Pari.

I am so livid about the level of «customer service,» or lack thereof, that I received from this store that I felt the need to warn others. I’ll make this short and sweet.
I ordered a pair of Christian Louboutins to the tune of $ 1k from this store. They shipped them to me in Arizona. Upon arrival, I opened the box to find a pair of incredibly damaged shoes. Scuffs and scratches all over the leather body of the shoe, red missing from the soles. The shoes had clearly been worn and returned in poor condition.
I called the store immediately and spoke with the «manager,» and I use that term incredibly loosely, Briana. Let me start out by saying that this woman is one of the nastiest, most miserable people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Long story short, she accused me of lying and stated that the shoes were not damaged and that I could feel free to email the store owner — before hanging up on me. I have emailed the store manager THREE TIMES with no response. This is not exactly what one might expect after spending $ 1k on a pair of shoes.
I have NUMEROUS friends who have had similar experiences with this wannabe high end store. Please do yourself a favour and STEER CLEAR.

OK this store is one to visit at least once! As a NJ lady I know it is not always so easy to find nice designer boutiques as you would in Manhattan so you should definitely check this one out. They have a nice selection of some of the contemporary designers that you would find at Saks. Although it isn’t as large of a selection, it still gets the job done.
If you are in need of some fancy shoes and a dress for a sexy night out I would recommend visiting here first. The customer service was friendly, upbeat, helpful and conversational! My only gripe is that the sales ladies were a little too overbearing, as in they were pretty much hovering over me the entire time. :/​
The place is multi-​leveled and although it doesn’t look that big from the outside, it is much larger than I thought it would be!

The best place outside of Short Hills to fulfill a craving for gorgeous shoes (Louboutin, Jimmy, Manolo and Stuart) and beautiful clothes (Herve addicts, I’m looking at you!) The SA’s have always been nothing but courteous to me. I’m not exactly sure how the reviewer below got her «2 star» Louboutin selection rating… since this is the ONLY store in New Jersey outside of Saks in Short Hills that retails them, and they have all the classics as well as boots and the newer, trendier styles.
Wisteria also sells NARS, so I’m an instant fan.

Not sure why everyone loves to beat up to this store… Kimberly and her team deserve a 5 start rating, they have NEVER been anything other than gracious. Yes it can be a bit intimidating to walk into the store, however consumers are not always all that nice to the sales team. Take a moment to say hi, and smile, I can gurantee you will not want to shop anywhere else.
