With the tax and legal environment changing more rapidly than ever, it’s increasingly important to find a trusted advisor to help you achieve your goals. A collaborative approach can help you achieve those goals in the easiest way possible.
Legal concepts have become increasingly complex, and as a result it’s best to choose an attorney focused in a specific subset of law. In order to best serve my clients, I restrict my boutique law practice to three areas:
*wills, trusts, and estate planning (including asset protection planning)
*advising small businesses
*tax return preparation and tax planning for individuals and small businesses
Due to my legal and tax knowledge, I’ve earned the distinction of dual-licensure as both an attorney and a certified public accountant.

Jeff V.
Business Owner
My name is Jeff Vandrew Jr, and I’m licensed as both an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. I restrict my boutique law practice to three areas of the law: estate planning (which includes asset protection), small business representation, and tax return preparation for individuals and small businesses.
I’m a Board-Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist, a designation granted by the Estate Law Specialist Board (an organization accredited by the American Bar Association). I believe choosing a Board-Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist is important, as it requires rigorous testing and continuing education requirements to demonstrate excellence in the field.
As both and Attorney and CPA, I believe I’m uniquely qualified to advise on not only the legal aspects of key decisions, but also the tax and financial aspects. I not only prepare tax returns for my clients, but I also help formulate strategies to minimize tax burdens.
