Copy Center

Just wanted some simple address labels printed up (no design or colors). They told me I’d have to wait, but wouldn’t tell me how long. I probably waited 20 minutes before they started working on my 2 minute project. The woman did apologize for the wait. Also I feel I was overcharged. $ 7.00 plus tax for two sheets of 30. Overall a subpar experience.

Joe and his staff are awesome! Thank you so much for taking care of so many of our business needs, being extremely fast and professional!

My Mom swears by this store ! They have helped her over the years with so many business needs of the ranch. they’ve copied, printed bookmarks. helped with photos, She called me to tell that Joe Vine helped her with pictures more times than she can count, enlarging, printing, and displays the most patience with my non-​tech Mom. she was happy that he was recently recognized for a business award in Red Bluff. His customer service is excellent. thanks from the CAf ranch !

Today was my second visit to the copy center. The first time was to send a document UPS and this time is to just «drop off» 3 pre-​paid UPS labeled boxes.
My first visit I waited over an hour to just ship a document (my lunch break is only an hour). I was first in line and after the lady Tiffany asked me how she can help me, she set me aside and helped 6 other people behind me before she finally took the one minute to scan my document.
This time is a similar experience. I walked in as the only person here and I have been here 45 minutes already as she has been helping other customers who came in after me. When she finally came back to help me, she asked me if I was in a hurry and if I mind if she calls her husband to ask him to take the dogs to the groomer… (It’s their anniversary today btw) And then she tells me that I’m making her run behind because she was supposed to be off by 11am today (it’s 11:20am now). It literally took her one minute to scan the 3 boxes that I had.
Tiffany is seriously lazy and has horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here unless you really do have the time to waste.

Easy enough to work with. I’ve utilized nothing other than fax services. Their hours are inconvenient, 8 — 6 pm seems a more practical time frame given corporate America operates typically operates on a 7 — 6 or 7 pm basis. If one is sending a fax… it’s guaranteed it’s not local. On another note, the company fax # is not listed on their website. If it is, it’s damned difficult to locate!

I have used the copy center a few times. Everyone there is very friendly, very helpful, and I try my best to support local business. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because it costs three dollars to print a document from your flash drive. In order to use their computer you have to pay a minimum of 3 dollars. I would love to keep coming back but I only need quick simple things. If it costs me that much to plug in my drive and print real quick, ill have to go to staples, which I absolutely hate by the way.

I went there to make some copies and send a fax out. The woman working the counter was very polite. She sent my faxes incorrectly to my phone number. I told her what had happened, and she quickly fixed the problem and sent them properly. Unfortunately when she sent them, they were sent upside down.
I had already left, so made a phone call to the business. A man answered the call. I believe his name was Joe. I explained the situation. He said to come back right away. Unfortunately I was passing through town. I explained my frustration that the fax was miss sent twice. He began to laugh. He said I could receive a refund, but I was already gone.
I work in customer service. I understand mistakes happen. I just expect better customer service, especially from a small business in red bluff. It’s a cute small town with lots of mom and pop shops. While I was there I did not encounter any bad customer service. It was actually above and beyond.
I’m a firm believer in treating people respectfully, and trying to make the situation right if I am at fault. It’s unlikely I will be in this area again, but if I am I would not support this local business.

Gordon is hands down THE BEST! Actually, all the employees are wonderful. Would never do business anywhere else.

Joe is amazing and has helped me out last minute more times than I care to admit. I will never go anywhere else!

I have been going to the Copy Center since they opened 10 years ago. Joe, Gordon, Jack and the other staff always do whatever it takes to get my jobs done. They provide quality service and are so easy to work with!
