Established in 1985.
Dr. Moore opened his own private practice in Red Bluff in 1988. Wanting to continue his hometown affiliation, he oversaw the restoration of the Milford house (an original Victorian home) in 1992 to include the beautiful present-day setting which combines the original Victorian essence with the amenities of a modern-day Dental office.
In 2008 Dr. Moore welcomed back Dr. Pascarella and together they formed Moore and Pascarella Dental Group.

Dr. Moore is a fourth generation resident of Tehama County, California. He graduated from Red Bluff High School in 1976. He then attended UCLA and graduated in 1981 with a degree in Biology. From there he went on to Oral Roberts University and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1985. He completed a one year advanced Educational Program in General Dentistry with the United States Army at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. He then spent two years running the dental clinic at Sierra Army Depot.
