Super 8 Red Bluff

This place is a dump! People at the counter talk to you like you have no idea what is going on, don’t know how to run a credit card. When I got into my room, I almost passed out. It stunk and it was over 100 degrees inside. The towels are more like dish towels and there were ants in the bathroom. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned with bathroom cleaner in who knows how long.
I will not stay there again, that is guaranteed.

I probably wouldn’t have had a problem staying in a room with minimal A/​C in a town of 112 degrees dealing with awkward spacing and a badly lit room if i wasn’t hassled about friends in town coming to visit and being threaten of extra charge for people being in the room, and trying to invade my room when I clearly put do not disturb and said no thank you at 7am, sleeping. But then, to be told as I’m checking in that they have cameras (lies) and they are watching me and they will know if anyone comes in instead of a warm welcome hello. No worries, I wish I could run a motel in my pajamas making threats to out of town customers.
