The Screen Machine

The Screen Machine installed our sun screens some years ago and the service was great! I have had them back to replace new screen to the frames and again they were prompt and did a great job. I will have them back again to fix and/​or replace screens damaged due to years of sun damage.

Don’t call them. They aren’t professional at all. We set an appointment and then the evening of the day before I get a message that they were out that day, while I wasn’t home, and have the estimate. How could they know what needed to be done? When I asked how could they come out the day before my appointment, and give me the estimate without speaking to me she was unwilling to answer my questions and hung up on me. When I spoke with her she had the number of houses wrong the number of screens needed wrong. I told them they had it wrong only one house not two the woman wouldn’t listen that she didn’t need to answer my questions because they knew what they were doing. She said they know how to do an estimate and didn’t need to talk to me about it. When I finally got her back on the phone she told me she hung up on me. Way to go. Then she wanted to make my scheduled appointment. You hang up on me refuse to answer my questions and you think I will give you money for you «service» NO WAY Is this how adults run a business?
