Kettlebells, TRX, Kickboxing, Real Ryder Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp and more. We also have personal training, competitive athlete conditioning, nutrition and AdvoCare Nutritionals

History

Established in 2012.

Fitness Fusion grew from the need for a non-​membership studio where instructor lead classes would inspire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals. Liz Cort owner and founder made it her mission to offer the best variety of classes that made achieving fitness goals fun and possible. Fitness Fusion of the Hudson Valley offers that and more for clients of all ages, athletic and fitness abilities.

About Liz Cort

Liz Cort was born for this life, a former collegiate scholarship athlete; fitness is part of her DNA. Liz is a mom of two, Founder/​Coach for Team Fit Mom & Team Fit Girl & owner of Fitness Fusion of the Hudson Valley as well as an AdvoCare Diamond as well as featured in the AdvoCare Can You 24 Fitness Video Second Edition. As a Certified Group Fitness & Bootcamp Instructor, Former Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach (Bryant University) Strength & Conditioning Coach, RI Breakers AAU Continuing Education– Perform Better Functional Training Member of the International Dance Exercise Association (IDEA,) she develops innovative fitness programs for her teams, individual clients & studio. Additionally her fitness acumen is bolstered by her business savvy grounded by a BS from the College of Saint Rand & MBA from Bryant University. The synergies between her fitness and business background translates into leading one of the top performing AdvoCare Nutritional Team in the US.

No contract. Very reasonable rates. Pay only for what you use, and I don’t lose money if I skip a week. The classes are great, staff are professional and friendly, and the place is clean and nice.
This is not a typical gym which is why they call it a studio. This is where I go to take a class led by an instructor which is different than what I am used to. Figured I’d give it a shot considering I have nothing to lose. I like it, and will supplement my gym workouts as my schedule permits.

I love this studio! Liz Cort and her staff are very knowledgable, motivating and care about the fitness goals of their clients. Great location and reasonable fees. A nice alternative to «going to the gym» as this studio offers a variety of classes at different times to accommodate everyone’s schedule.

Great place to enjoy a fun, unique workout! The group support and Atmosphere is a big differentiator. Real Ryder Cycling, Bootcamp, Will Power and Grace, TRX, Advocare 24 day challenge and a supportive staff make this a great place to workout at.
