JGW Laundromat & Car Wash

Cleanest laundromat around! Machines are nice & new, and never had any problems at all. The car wash has great high pressure which is nice when washing my car. It’s a small family run business that has been around for years. It always works well for what I need and I appreciate the cleanliness & how well it is taken care of.

While doing several loads of wash here the other day, my experience wasn’t too bad. Although I ended up getting gypped by the one machine after it took most of my quarters (and then shut off by itself (and didn’t return my quarters), the rest of my visit was okay. I feel there prices are a little on the high side, but it’ll work when your in a pinch like ourselves.
I’ve went here a few times before and from those times combined with this visit, I can honestly say that things do move in this laundromat fairly quickly. People come in, do their stuff and leave with all there stuff intact shortly thereafter.
Cars don’t tend to wait on-​property for too long. At maximum, I’ve spotted up to four cars in the tiny lot that could hold no more than 5 – 10 cars.
The fact there’s also a car wash on site, doesn’t do this place any justice; especially in winter time… but you got the gist why!!!
In summertime, the laundromat does get a little warmer without proper air conditioning that I feel should have been installed years ago, but hasn’t. With the amount of coins this business racks in, you’d expect more to keep people cool and thereby keep its customers.
A definite negative is the fact that all these machines still run on zillions and zillions of coins. Sometimes the coin changer work, while sometimes it doesn’t.
And the fact that it seems like the station attendant is never there, doesn’t make matters any easier. Maybe the reason this seems unapparent is that I’m always there on an after-​hours visit (weekends or evenings on weekdays)
I know I’ll be back, My parents only feel the closer one is better (they don’t tend to expand their horizons). What’s a guy got-​to do, when this laundromat is closest and other problems have occurred?
