D & L Cab

This is the only company in the area that’s even remotely close to me. So I tend to use it a lot. Today was the first time I’ve used it in a while because I haven’t needed it. But just like every other time I’ve used it I’ve waited. This time for over 2 hours before they even called. So I called after an hour of waiting. The woman said it’ll be 45 min or less. But that’s what she originally said when I booked the cab. So do NOT use them unless you are in no rush, don’t mind being blatenly lied to, and love to be treated as second class.

Sadly D&L are one of the 2 cab companies that I am aware of in my area. On very few occasions have they been on time when called, but usually there is a 2 hour waiting time. Today is the second time I have had to wait over 3 hours and an still waiting. This, after being told they will be here shortly the first time I called. After about 2 hours my daughter saw one of the cabs, raised her hand to flag him down, but he kept on driving without stopping. When I called to report the driver all I got was, «We don’t know who that could have been and I don’t know how long it will be before we can get another cab out to you.» I am not a happy customer of D&L and would not recommend them on their service.
