All Wheel Alignment & Brake

I work at a local new/​used car dealer in town & had my 2014 truck aligned twice in our service dept., but both times the truck still pulled left. All I can say, is, All Wheel is the very best you will find. Top rate people, top rate work ! My truck no longer pulls & I know the entire alignment was done correctly. Thanks to Robert & his entire staff.

They were super professional. Gave me a ride to and from. Cared enough to make sure the alignment would last. My car is older and used to live in San Francisco. When I bought it, the car would squeak like she had a bad hip. My car no longer squeaks because they fixed something (I think regarding my suspension) that my normal mechanic never even mentioned (even though I asked about it several times). Great service!

I went to All Wheel Alignment And Brake last week for an alignment of my van. All the people that I had dealt with were polite, courteous and friendly.
While there I felt that the services I received were not what I had expected. I was charged for a service I was not aware I had asked for and also my van was not aligned as expected. I was disappointed and frustrated with how my car care was handled. After the manager Rob, found out about my disappointment I was impressed by how it was handled. I received a personal phone call apologizing. For me it speaks volumes when a customer is frustrated and it is handled in this personal manner. They also had a team meeting to discuss what could be done differently in the future for cases like mine.
All Wheel Alignment & Brake has about the best customer service of any Car Repair Business that I have seen.
I would recommend them both for their work on cars and the way they treat customers.

This place is outstanding! I was having problems with a used car I had purchased so I brought it into them. The mechanic came in to talk to me personally, and told me that he would not touch the car because it had been submerged in mud! He gave me an itemized list of all that needed to be done so I could deal with the person who sold it to me. The no-​charge was amazing, but the honesty was priceless! Thanks again… I will be back ;)

We broke down in our MH and limped into Redding. After calling around and getting several, «No, we don’t work on motor homes.» We finally found All Wheel and could not have been happier. They are a family owned business and they give the best service I have ever seen in RV repairs. Not only did they complete the repair AND several extra items, they let us stay at their facility for three days at no charge. They hooked our MH up to electric service and gave us the password to use their wifi. They had about a dozen RV’s in for service but were able to fit us in after the breakdown. I’ll definitely stop in for service anytime I’m in the area.

This is a late review but these guys are absolutely amazing! I was moving down to Southern California from Washington this April when a rear support for one of my wheels went out. The guys at All Wheel were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the problem as well as fair with their pricing. There was a really nice lady there (can’t remember her name) that offered to drive us somewhere for lunch while we waited.
These guys are incredible and I wish they had a shop in Long Beach! If I’m ever in the area again and need work on my car, the guys at All Wheel Alignment is where I’m taking it!

We just came to All wheel to get a set of tires for our new vintage travel trailer! The guys here are extremely helpful (Special thanks to Donny and Scott who truly went above and beyond). Great job and highly recommended!

passing through Northern Ca had a mechanical problem with GM 8.1 on a Workhorse chassis. the owner Rob seemed to drop everything else he was doing to get our motor home in and solve our problem. Rob assigned one of his mechanics, Mark, to help us.
After 38 years in the equipment rental business, I have never had a mechanic/​Technician who was so focused, thorough and knowledgeable as Mark.

All Wheel Alignment did an oil change for me on my Honda Accord and they did a great job and gave me quotes that were very fair and seemed very trustworthy!!!
