It is almost impossible for one person to do all that needs to be done. Besides that, it is difficult for any one person to be good at everything.
Marian is very good at working with buyers; she can ferret out the deals, sometimes before they even hit MLS. She finds her clients homes, often times, before they even hit MLS.
Chuck is good at working with sellers; he does the appraisal and (with input from sellers) determines a price. He will create and execute a marketing plan. He schedules inspections, and manages the escrow and financing. He is in charge of writing contracts and compliance. He keeps things on track.
On top of that, we have an escrow coordinator on staff that does the paper chase. She will double check everything we do to make sure that, legally, everything in is order.
We have a well oiled machine in place to give the consumer the best of everything. And, on top of that, we promise to:

History
Established in 1979.
Chuck was first licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1979. He got his degree in Marketing and Economics from Cal State University in 1989. He was licensed by the California State Board of Equalization as a Real Estate Appraiser for Tax Purposes in 1991. He has testified as an expert witness and given opinions of value in Property Tax issues all over Northern California.
Marian got her license in 2004 and joined Chuck in the family business.
During the ‘foreclosure crisis’ of 2005 to 2010 Chuck and Marian were very active in working for major banks in marketing and managing their foreclosure portfolios.
They bring a combined total of almost 50 years experience to the table.

Business Owner
Marian started her career in the legal profession. She worked for a major pharmaceutical company and was in charge of all government bidding, and copy write applications.
She received her real estate license in 2005 and has been working with Chuck in the real estate business ever since.
