I had a fabulous experience with Cypress Auto Glass. The job was done quickly and with expertise. The owners were friendly and customer service is obviously their speciality. They even brought my finished car to me! I highly recommend this local business and appreciate all they did for me.

Excellent customer service from very friendly people. They got us in within a couple hours of me contacting them. Our new windshield is beautiful! He even matched a lower price quote from a competitor. Then their entire family pushed out truck out out of the bay to get it started due to our worn down flywheel! I have already referred a couple I met to get their auto glass replaced at Cypress Auto Glass because they rock!

Had the best experience with this company. They got me in fast for a full back windshield replacement. Not only was the apointment time asap but they had the full replacement done in less then 30 minutes. They were extremely friendly and cheapest quote in town. I will be referring this company to all my friends and family and will be back anytime I have the misfortune of needing glass repair.

Wendy and Ryan are great people and the customer service here is unmatchable. I had to get my front windshield mirror replaced because of a large crack that eventually spidered out, and they were so efficient in taking care of it. They kept on apologizing for me having to wait because a customer before was having car trouble, and I thought that was so considerate and kind. Replacing the mirror took only thirty minutes and the car looks great now. This place gets the job done and makes you feel at home; there definitely is the family-​vibe infused in this place, which makes the experience all the more comforting. This business is all about catering to customers instead of taking advantage of them, which I appreciated. Everyone in Redding who has car trouble should definitely consider this establishment first before all others – they know their stuff and have great, reliable connections for you.
