History

Established in 1985.

Dr. Jeffrey Cooper has been practicing Optometry since 1981. Starting with a US Navy Scholarship for his Optometric Doctorate, he was stationed in Japan from 1981 to 1984, then at Mare Island in the SF Bay Area. Private practice began in Redding in 1986. Dr Laureen Link, also a 1981 graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry, practiced in Moscow, Idaho, Tokyo, Japan, and with Kaiser Permanente in the SF Bay Area. She began private practice in Redding in 1985.
