The folks at Fresh Heating and Air gave me spectacular same day service. Our technician Doug was friendly, fast and went above and beyond. I give a huge thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone!

It is 107 degrees today in Palo Cedro. My air conditioning stopped working. Bruce from Fresh Heating and Air came right out. In the blazing heat, he fixed the unit in no time at all. He was professional and courteous and did a great job. The price was reasonable for an emergency visit and he definitely earned it in this heat. I recommend him highly and will use again.

I am very pleased with Fresh and the install of my new heating and air unit. Michael was so easy to work with and handled all issues very professionally. I will definitely recommend to all with AC needs!

Fresh Air Conditioning saved our 4^th of July weekend. When Michael came out on the holiday, it was hot as heck outside. While we sought refuge at Whiskeytown, he took the time to diagnose and fix our system when he should have been at a barbecue. He even followed up a couple times in the following weeks to make sure everything was still working properly — and it was!

Prompt service! From the secretary answering the phones to the tech that came out within 24 hours (Doug) they were very friendly and were able to repair my AC in less than 30 minutes for an affordable price. Would definelty recommend!

Michael and his team exceeded our wildest expectations. They we’re prompt, professional and a joy to be in our home when installing our new heating and cooling system. After having dealt with a number of heating and air companies we were left frustrated with their poor service and delays in returning phone calls. One call to Michael brought him promptly to our door. His evaluation of our existing system convinced us to proceed with a new one. And presto in only a little over a week the new system was installed and running. Our worries about entering our warm Summer season have answered.
We wish there more stars to award Michael and Jack. Too excellent gentleman. Use their service and expertise and you too will find you have found the last heating and air pros you will ever need.

Fresh HVAC just installed a new system at my house. I am absolutely satisfied with every aspect of their service and technical expertise. The owner, Michael, gave great personal service that shows how much they value the customer. I shopped around a bit and was given the best possible price. They evaluated my situation on Friday, then on Monday began to install the new unit. I could’t be more pleased.

My experience with this company was 100% positive. Michael was knowledgable and reasonable. I showed him some bad duct work that a different company had tried to convince me was dangerous and although he agreed it needed repair, he again was reasonable. It leaks. Period.
He arrived in time and when he left everything was working again.

If I could give this company more than five stars, I would. This is the kind of customer service other companies should strive to emulate — and they are very reasonably priced, too. Here are some of things I liked about dealing with them:
— They return calls promptly — even when they are super busy — and they get someone out to help you FAST in an emergency, even if you are a new customer (as we were).
— Michael, the owner, tries VERY hard to get you the best possible deal that will work for YOUR needs, not like some companies trying to push what is easy for them or makes the most profit for them. And when we bought a new HVAC through him, he actually offered us a credit for most of what we had spent trying to revive the old HVAC, even though he didn’t have to do that at all, and even though that had cost him money out of pocket, not just labor.
— They are real professionals in every way, extremely knowledgeable and experienced with even some of the trickier new systems, like the mini-​split stuff (which we looked into but decided against).
— They are as nice a bunch of young men as you are ever going to meet. Courteous, genuinely kind and thoughtful. I felt like Michael was taking care of me the way he would take care of his own mom.
— I just love to see a young man making such a great go of a business, building it up with his own hard work, integrity, and old-​fashioned customer service.
We had Fresh out to service our old HVAC when it was having an issue, and when it was time to replace it, there was no question about who we would use. We had used other, perhaps more well-​known companies in the past, but there was simply no comparison — plus we got a great price on a really good system. Our new A/​C is a dream compared to the old one — it cools the house SO much faster and it actually uses less energy, even though it is much more powerful. Michael recommended this unit to us, and after my husband did much online research, he concluded that Michael was right on with his pick.
Highly, highly recommend Fresh… they are indeed a «breath of Fresh air»!

I really enjoy Fresh Heating and Air Conditioning! Mike (the owner) is as fair and decent as they come. I had some duct work problems in my house which was causing my living room to be like 90 degrees in the summer (which in Redding, CA is like being in hell). He quickly diagnosed the issues I had, installed the necessary equipment, and all for a super reasonable price!
