Kelli Gosch RN WHCNP

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at an OBGYN clinic with Kelli. She seemed like she was in such a hurry throughout the entire exam. She wasn’t aware that I had decided to go ahead and get a pap while I was having the pelvic exam, made it clear that it bothered her, and when I told her that I was concerned about my birth control she brushed it off saying that I didn’t want to switch from Nuvaring to the shot because it would make me gain weight and that Nuvaring is better. Our whole birth control discussion lasted about one minute, before she rushed out the door. The medical assistant and the office staff were friendly, but this nurses bedside manner was unacceptable. Also her hand hygiene-​I had never seen anyone not wash their hands after doing a pelvic exam. Gloves do not substitute handwashing.

Kelli is an excellent WHCNP. Over the past two years, I have had no trouble getting in for my yearly pap. I also recently had an IUD placed by Kelli and was very pleased with the entire process. She saw me for a consultation and fitting and answered all of my questions as well as thoroughly covering the pros and cons of both the ParaGuard and Mirena IUD. I had initially wanted a ParaGuard and after talking, Kelli suggested the Mirena. I appreciated that she took the time to find out what I wanted and needed from my birth control and steered me in the right direction. Her office staff worked with my insurance company prior to the appointment for placement and I went to the appointment knowing the exact cost. Kelli also comes highly recommended by a physician I worked with.
