Was referred to Kings Total Security by a local car dealership to have a second key made for a new vehicle. Upon my initial contact they were rude, abrupt, and unprofessional. I realize this is Redding, however, if you would like return customers then customer service is key… pun intended. I won’t go back and certainly would not recommend King’s Total Security to anyone.

I called King’s when I realized I had locked my keys in my car. It was dark and I was stranded in a dark parking garage since my family was out of town and unable to bring me my spare. King’s came quickly and unlocked my car even quicker. They were friendly and very professional and are now my go-​to locksmith in case this ever happens again.
