Massage Envy – Redding

Just had a awesome deap tissue massage from Nicole. I’m a stress monkey so it’s not easy for me to relax. She was awesome.

Once again went to relax and Angel did the trick. Lower back, neck and hands were hurting till Angel worked her magic. Can’t say enough good things about the way she treats you and regenerates you for those long days. 5 thumbs up kitten. Thank you.

I’m so thankful that Massage Envy is in Redding now! Overall I think they have great services at very reasonable prices. Recently I had a fantastic facial with Desiree… she has a great touch and lots of knowledge about skincare which I appreciate.
They also use a great product line, Murad, and the facial cleanser with Hawaiian Ginger in it is delightful!
Overall I highly recommend Redding’s Massage Envy :)

Have been enjoying Massage Envy Spa for over a year, but today had a facial with Deisree… what a treat. She did my skin analysis and determined just what I needed. Not only does Desiree have a magical touch with the facial she also did a neck, arm, hand massage. So pampered at Massage Envy! The front desk staff takes the time you need to either schedule your next appointment, or just ask if you had a pleasant experience. I did!

Since my last review I’ve had a few more massages and another facial. Haven’t had any other «hiccups» since my last posting.
It is difficult to get the same therapist, so I’ve tried quite a few. A tip would be to book your next appointment before you leave if you don’t want to try new therapists. But if you are like me it’s hard to schedule so far in advance. but I’ve been pretty happy with the massage therapist I’ve had so far. My last one was Nicole who is amazing at deep tissue massages and I had a facial from Desiree who is knowledgeable, takes her time in explaining the products and gives a great facial, neck, shoulder and hand massage!

I’ve been going for massages for a year now. It’s the highlite of my month and I do look forward to it. The front desk staff is exceptional. Julia is super fun. Took me awhile to find the right therapists but they all did super well.

I have been coming here for a year and love it. Dennis & Kristie are amazing! Consistently delivers the most relaxing and therapeutic massages. The facility is always clean and the reception staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great place for a massage. If you like deep massage Jen and Tara do a superb job! For more lighter touch, Angel does great. It’s a really great deal if you tend to get more than one massage a month. The second one is 39.99. Can’t beat the price. Place is clean. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend it.

I have been going to massage envy for about 8 months now. The experience has been life changing. I normally see the massage therapist Dennis, who is amazing, but all of the therapists I have seen are excellent. The staff is friendly and they remember you and your preferences. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage or facial. You can’t beat the experience around here!

Over the last 18 months I tried several different massage therapists at this Massage Envy. Most have been OKish, but a couple have been amazing! Juliann makes every penny of the ME membership worth it!

I have been going to Massage Envy’s for years now. I love this location especially. Everyone at the front desk is VERY polite and helpful. The massage therapist there can handle many different situations. E.G. They have helped my siatic nerve and muscles immensely. Furthermore, They are very well educated and inform you what your key issues are. It’s surprisingly affordable and the health benefits you receive from it are worth it 10 times over. I can’t thank all of you enough at Massage Envy. You have helped me more than you know.

Massage envy is a really nice massage parlor and offers a good service for the price. I’ve had some problems with booking and a weird automated call but other than that it has been nice. The masseuse I see (Juliana) is amazing and I feel really lucky to have found her in Redding!

I started going to Massage Envy when I received a gift card for a massage. The atmosphere is very comfortable and calming. I have enjoyed (3) different masseuses since I started. Each one is different but hit on certain good points, during the massage. I continue to go twice a month and had my first facial today. They are really helping me de-​stress at a affordable price! If it wasn’t for their member prices I wouldn’t be able to enjoy as many «me days»!

Massage Envy is one day month to feel pampered & to truly relax! By paying a monthly fee & appointment, I never miss my monthly appointment. The staff is friendly and professional.

Tonight I got a massage at Massage Envy for the first time. It’s been quite a while since my last massage. And let me tell you! It didn’t fall short by any means. This was by far the best massage I’ve ever received. Jen did a wonderful job and thoroughly talked me through each step she was doing during the massage. I am very happy with my visit and I will definitely be back!

The end goal of a massage is to feel like a rag doll and that is how I felt after today’s session with Juliane.
As I walked in the door, the ladies at the front desk greeted me by name and asked if I would like a glass of water. I was then invited to wait in the serenity room. Before we started the session, Juliane asked about my trouble areas and where I would like her to focus. She worked on various pressure points with synchronized deep breathing to loosen tension knots. The effect was total relaxation.

Great atmosphere and great staff. The location is super easy to find and convenient. I have been to almost every massage place in redding, and this is my favorite place.

Wife purchased a two hour massage for me and I was looking forward to it after a long day of work.
The customer service starts off with a hi but no eye contact, which says to me if you don’t have the time to look up from what you are doing than I guess I’m not that important to you.
I fill out the typical paperwork and notice the «extras» they are selling; sugar foot scrub $ 10 extra, deep tissue $ 10 extra and one I don’t remember what that one was but it was $ 10 extra. Extras don’t really bother me I understand a business needs to up sell.
My interviewer comes back to check on my paperwork and gets my Masseuse. She makes eye contact! Introduces herself and we are off.
The rooms are tiny, very tiny. First off I’m informed that the massage will be over at 8:52. If a massage starts at 7:05 and ends at 8:52 is that two hours? I guess it’s close enough. The massage was below standards, I honestly felt like I was poked and was uncomfortable for most of it.
At one point when she moved my arm to work on my shoulder my hand touched the ground. Shouldn’t the table be a little off the ground!!!
She placed a warm towel on my back which was nice but it got cold after a few minutes and she left it there. I could go on but I think you get the just of it.
There are other «Spa’s» in town that can better serve you in the Redding area.

I got roped into the annual contract and wish I hadn’t. The first massage was awesome and the others have been marginal. I will be calling to see if I can cancel. I haven’t used in months because the massage just isn’t very good. The business is very clean and the front staff is friendly. I would like to see an upgrade in the quality of therapists they employ
