Have been getting my mammograms done here for years. They have a fabulous staff and I am always seen on time. I have also had a sonogram done here, and bone density test. All done quickly and with kind, caring people.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It is honestly worth the drive to find another place to take care of your needs. I had a bunch of tests and XRays done after a drunk driver hit me on I5. The case is now in a lawsuit and I cannot legally talk with my insurance or the other person’s insurance to figure out why my bills are not being paid. MD Imaging is fully aware of this situation and sent me to collections regardless. I’m a fresh graduate from CSUS, working an internship, bar tending on the side to stay afloat, and doing my best to make all of my physical therapy appointments and recover from the accident. Now I am faced with my credit being ruined as well, unless I can come up with 900 $ in one day. It’s so ridiculous, these people have no compassion. I’m not asking for a huge favor, just asking for them to be human beings and hold off on sending me to collections while the entire situation is still so wrapped up in legal bureaucracy. It is clear there have been billing and financial issues with more than just my experience. All the other reviews on Unilocal,as well as people I’ve spoken with in person, have confirmed that they have serious internal issues and it is better to save yourself the hassle.

Disappointed in the service. I work in Healthcare and I was unceremoniously dismissed from accompanying my wife in an ultrasound. This is our first pregnancy and they didn’t address any of our concerns. It felt very impersonal.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Brought my grandma in for some test the hospital ordered and she was required to have a full bladder. We came in and they didnt have the correct paperwork so when we told them that they lady instructed us to drive home 30 minuted away with a elderly woman who uses a walker. When I said we couldn’t do that the woman got upset with us and I asked her if she could call the hospital. The lady responded that wouldn’t work at all and she kept insisting I drive my grandma home and back here again. THISPLACESHOULDBEASHAMED!

I gave MD Imaging Inc. 1 star because they did not bill my insurance correctly which delayed getting an EOB for almost 3 months. They then decided to bill me the full amount(and not the allowed amount per their contract as in network providers with Blue Cross of California.) I followed up with them, got the billing done right, and sent them a payment. They advised me because I had not made a payment in 3 months they were sending me to collections, even though this was their fault of errors in insurance billing. Ergo, I set up a payment plan with them and they sent me to collections anyways a month later. I called Sierra Receivables and paid it off before it hit my credit. I had 30,000 dollars in medical bills and MD Imaging was unwilling to work with me and make monthly payments.

This past Friday in the late afternoon I went in to have a few x-rays done of my hip. The total time of me being there was no more than 20 minutes, and I was a walk-in. Before I went I spoke with someone on the phone. She was very helpful and super nice. While there, the women at the desk and the x-ray technician were friendly and professional as well. MD Imaging is in the Blue Shield network, making my visit very affordable. I was told my x-rays should be less than $ 40. Also, they have a cool fish tank in the waiting room. Overall it was a great experience.
