History

Established in 2009.

Nor Cal Brewing Solutions started out as California Brewing Company and after a year in business the 2 partners split up. Jay (1 of the current owners) took the home brew store business and the other partner at the time took all the brewing swag and all the names and trade marks. So the name was changed to Nor Cal Brewing Solutions. Jay brought on Victor as a partner and we have been killing it ever since. In 2012 we moved the business to its current location 1768 Churn Creek Rd in Redding Ca and took over an 8300 sf building in the Shasta Center. 2013 we incorporated the business Jay took on the President and CEO position and Victor took on the Vice president and CFO. We are currently selling our custom made and off the shelf products world wide through our web store www​.nor​cal​brew​ing​so​lu​tions​.com and our very busy EBay store.

Look for us to install a brewery in the Churn Creek location here in 2013.

I have been brewing beer since 2003 when a buddy and I watched a TV program on brewing. I quickly realized that brewing science was my passion and decided to take the passion to the next level. I love to teach and to teach people to brew is at an all time high for me. I love seeing new customers, first time brewers come into the store and share their first batches with us.
