I have been a client of the Pilates studio of Redding for over 3 years and I love it!!! In the past I have never been one to stick with any kind of exercise program until I tried Pilates. The workouts have improved my flexibility, strength, balance, and work your entire body. Ashley is an amazing teacher, the studio is beautifully decorated and clean. I like having an assigned class and have made some good friends. I would highly recommend the Pilates studio of Redding to anyone looking for a good workout.

I love this studio! As a reluctant exerciser I have been encouraged by my progress and the level of teaching! It is so doable and I love going to classes! The facility is pristine and calming. Best decision I made in 2015!

I’ve never been big on exercising but, with reformer Pilates I enjoy it so much I NEVER miss a class. Since I’ve been doing Pilates I’m stronger, more flexible, have more stamina, and feel amazing in the process. Ashley is an awesome instructor she makes working out fun, and always remembers when someone has a limitation so we don’t risk hurting ourselves. The Studio is so clean and feels inviting. I love my class, and would recommend the Pilates Studio to anyone who wants to get into shape.

I have been doing Pilates with Tiffany for almost a year now. I love working on the reformer and I am definitely challenge in my workout. So glad I decided to try Pilates. It is a fantastic experience and I have gained strength and balance without beating up my body. I have met some really great women and men and the studio is gorgeous and clean… a GEM!
