Red Wing Shoe Store

Nice little store with a good selection of boots to choose from. I did the whole amazon thing buying and returning several pairs of other quality boots before I returned here to buy. I have a wide foot and am particular on how they fit. The guy that works here seems to have a good idea what’s going on when it comes to fit. I relinquished all my pre determined ideas on how they should fit and let him size my foot with the proper boot. He ordered me a double wide and so far it seems to be working out well. There’s some breaking in to do at this point but I can tell within a few weeks these will be a good fit. As far as the durability of the boots goes it’s still way to soon to tell. All I can say this far is that the soles seem pretty tough and don’t load up with metal chips in a machine shop environment. Red wing 606’s.

My husband has been eyeing Red Wing shoes for a while now, and today we decided to stop in and see what they are all about. The man who assisted us, Carl, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent quite a bit of time with us, even though we didn’t buy anything this visit. He wrote down the style/​size of shoe that my husband liked for future reference so when we are ready to make a purchase we have all the information we need. There is also a cool custom shoe machine that sizes the length and width of the foot for a perfect fit. We had a good experience at this store and will be back.

Horrible customer service! 4 days out of warranty and would not honor warranty. I have been a lifetime customer, which obviously means nothing. Will not support this business in the future.
