Redding Mini Storage

BEWARE! MICE/​RATS!!! We had our things stored here for 7 months and could NOT be more disappointed. When we went to empty the unit we found our stuff was surrounded by and covered with rat/​mouse feces.

I used this facility for only a couple of months while in transition to relocating to Redding. I moved out almost a year ago from this storage facility and have yet to receive my deposit refund, even though I have asked for it several times. The manager has read my complaints but not addressed them, instead getting defensive, about what, I am not sure. If management would look at the books it would be noted that a check was never cleared that was «supposedly» sent to me.
The place was clean and swept, no complaints there really. A bit old and run down, but not dirty. You cannot pay online and must pay by check either in the office or by mail. Made it a little difficult when living out of town, but the price was good for what you got. The location was good. Since I didn’t know where I would be living at that time it is right off the freeway making it easy to hop on and off.
However, each time I went into the office it reeked of pot. I guess maybe that is why I have not gotten a refund cause they can’t remember what they did with it or they smoked it!
