I live in an outlying area of Shasta County and first found myself stuck at the train station very late, and desperately needed a ride home, more than 30 miles away. A friend suggested Yellow Cab in Redding. I didn’t know they would even take fares to my area.
That was 7 or 8 years ago.
So, when I need a cab, I always call Yellow Cab.
All of the drivers I have met have been polite, efficient, kind and helpful.
Not a bad driver or rude person in the lot! Friendly, safe, and not late once.

Great service all the way through; from scheduling my pickup to being dropped off at my destination.
I called in advance and scheduled a pick up for 1:30AM, the operator was nice and made it easy. The driver arrived at 1:20, understanding that he was a bit early (way better than being late) he didn’t rush is. He was professional and pleasant to speak with.
This will be my go to company for my taxi needs.

Called today for a cab. The dispatch lady was super nice! I asked for a time call for 4:30. The cab was 15 mins early. Which is awesome I rather be super early to work then late. I will definitely only call this cab company for now on!

Not friendly, didn’t show up on time, told me 10 – 15 mins and called and hr later after I already had called ABC to come get me and they were right around the corner!!!

Ordered a ride 20 minutes before I had to leave. The driver showed up right on time and took me to my destination using the shortest route. He was friendly and did a great job. The only reason this is not a 5 star is because when I went to pay he informed me that the minimum charge for a credit card was $ 15. Since my tab was just slightly over what the website predicted, I only owed $ 13. Having no cash, I had to pay the 15. That’s the first time I’ve ever seen a $ 15 minimum charge to use a cc for anything.
I will use the service again if I need it, just make sure I have cash on hand.

Being less than 5 miles away from the airport, I would have expected my cab to take less than 40 minutes to show up. I was wrong. Since it’s the only cab company in town, it gives the right to provide horrible service.
