It took us 10 months to finally get the completed plans for our studio cottage. Our mistake… we didn’t have a timeline built into agreement. Also was told by several contractors who bid the project that the structure was overkill (steel posts not necessary) and he could have saved us money in construction if they had not been. The timeline was the biggest factor in our rating. Very disappointed.
