Myofascial Release Technique– I personally use this with every treatment to maximize the patient’s results.
«What people typically do when they first have pain is to ignore it. That’s the reason why there are so many patients with chronic pain,» said Teresa Stayer, PT. «If they would get treated at the time of injury, they would recover sooner and would not have to live with pain forever.»
Stayer has used the myofascial release approach on patients in an acute-care hospital beginning in 1986…
In her experience, myofascial release can be used quite effectively on acute patients… even patients who sustained severe injuries on the same day they were admitted to the hospital, i.e., motor vehicle accidents and orthopedic injuries. «That’s when you want to treat them. One of the positive effects of myofascial release is to increase localized circulation in the injured area which will enhance and quicken the healing response,» Stayer said. History
Established in 2009.
I currently practice within the office of AZ Chiropractic. I am one of three Doctors on site, and we all have our own specialties.
Personally, my business is about working with athletes. My therapy sessions involve releasing any fascial restrictions (please read specialties) that are limiting motion, and therefore limiting performance.
My goal is to increase motion for my patients. Once pain free motion is achieved, I feel that correctly educating the patient on how to get in tune with what their body is demanding is the best tool for staying healthy.
This is where the combination of stretch, nutrition, and exercise comes into play. There needs to be a delicate balance within these elements for the body to have balance within itself.

Seth T.
Business Owner
I am a native of Durham, CA, a very small town in Northern California. My Doctor of Chiropractic education was completed at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA.
Being a High School athlete introduced me to a host of musculo-skeletal injuries i.e. sprains and strains. It also introduced me to the profession. The team Doctor for our High School was also the town’s lone Chiropractor.
It was treatments I received as a young athlete, for injuries that I thought you could only ice and rest for, that opened my eyes to Chiropractic. More importantly it opened my eyes to the fact that this is what I wanted to do with my life.
At Palmer West, I performed over 100 hours of sports therapy training and on site treatments at events such as the annual Santa Cruz Corona Beach Volleyball tournaments and the Senior Games in 2009 at Stanford University.
I currently reside in Queen Creek with my wife and two children.
