This company is relentless in their sales department. Absolutely rude. I never signed a thing and they call threatening me with sending it to collections. Phone calls, snotty emails threatening how somebody’s daddy is an attorney, blah blah blah. No stars for this greedy outfit. So I had my local PD call them and tell them to stop calling/​contacting me. She says I’m lying. She doesn’t call. Like I’d go through this drama with you? As if? I made it all up? Ok!

Spartan Sports called me, and fixed the entire item. The general manager was very kind and this is a family-​owned business. They acknowledged the two individuals that were in charge with follow up and fixing my situation, were at error, and the GM didn’t realize my situation had never been fixed and was very kind on the phone and wanted to provide a resolution (as the owner thought there had already been one). ~ That’s all I ever wanted. ~ Thank you Spartan Sports for your follow up and fixing the situation, I respect and appreciate your efforts. I am far from perfect in my life and in my business, but I do try my best and what I do respect and love, is someone who fixes situations and says «sorry.» No higher level of kudos can be given, as that’s not always easy in my book. Thank you to the general manager for remedying this situation. My heart is happy.
