We cannot get a return call from John Stout! The patio cover is leaking and he will not address the situation. In fact, he even changed his cell phone number and his witch receptionist, Rachel won’t give out the new number and she hung up on us… told US we were rude – guess she recognizes rude since she operates that way constantly. I cannot stress enough – DO NOT USE this lousy company! We’ve been trying for MONTHS to get a return call – nothing doing. I will be contacting the BBB and possibly a lawyer – like the other reviewer, I agree… he’s Johnny on the spot to get the money – but MIA for customer service and follow-​through!

Still waiting… We Have contacted BBB. We have three independent contractors views in writing, that the installation was done wrong. Jon Stout is full of b.s. he says he tried to contact us. Unbelievable. Stay FAR AWAY from this company. Call Majestic builders or Jeterbuilt!

Only put 1 star because I had to put something, too bad they don’t have a minus column. Will definitely NOT recommend to anyone we know. Dr. Jekyll Mr. Hyde personality, arrogant, argumentative, threatening and just plain jerk, cover came out well only because of the A team… and the fact that ALL the material came in !!
