Total ripoff. Not honest at all. Did my own little sting. A mans watch antique, solid gold 67 jewels. Said they would just melt it down for the gold offered $ 50.00 and trashed talked a diamond ring. I had already had it looked at, so I know it was worth a whole lot more. Keep going these guys are ruthless.

Brought several of my watches in for band changes and it turned out that one of the jobs was very hard and time consuming… took two of the associates to complete the job and about half an hour… all that service and total charge was $ 10…very pleased with great customer service nd will come back again! thank you!

had a ring repaired there and was very pleased. i had price compared all over town& they were by far the cheapest for repairs and didnt take 2 weeks like the other jewelry stores told me it would take. i will definitely be a repeat customer.
The only problem i had was they had referred me to Four Winds jewelers for a different item and the owner of Four Winds was rude and he charged me a ridiculous amount. Owner was also very unprofessional.
after complaining about Four Winds to a couple friend of mine they let me know they have had a terrible experience there as well& the husband, who is in law enforcement let me know that Leonard (owner at Four Winds) is known for taking in stolen jewelry. So watch what you buy from there it may have been robbed from other people.

I just love the Goldmart!!! I receive top notch service every time I stop by. You’ll be amazed at their low prices, especially in the estate section of the store. Don’t miss their annual estate sale every August. I never thought I could afford a personal jeweler, until now. What a gem of a business to have in Redding!

I am highly impressed with the owners honesty. I have been buying and selling with him for about 25 years. Today I sold some miscellaneous pieces. After I left and was happy. It turns out what we both thought was a silver chain. It was white gold. He chased me to the street to give me a $ 100.00, bill. He could of let me go and pocketed the difference. We need more business people with this level of integrity.

Recently went shopping for an engagement ring and they have an estate section and then a bridal section with mixed in estate jewelry that I wasn’t aware of. After selecting a ring from the bridal section they informed me there was no warranty since it was estate. — — —
Yesterday I went back and got a great deal on diamond earrings as a diamond pendant. It was quick painless and I’m happy with my purchase.
I then went back again yesterday and had another quick and easy purchase. Makes all the difference!

Not only do I get the best service, pricing, and selection at the Goldmart but they did a superior job fixing the setting on my wedding ring so I did not lose my 1 ct. Marquis Diamond. I love shopping their Estate Sale every year and come up with some terrific jewelry finds there as well. The staff is committed to service, quality, and education and exemplify the Best Chamber Members we have in Redding!

These guys gave us a fair price on some gold, and they were open during several hours on the weekend. They were able to help us over the phone before we came in, and that’s a big deal, because we were driving all the way in from Hayfork. I know nothing about gold exchange, but I think they did us right. And they were very professional and polite. The shop is clean, well-​lit, etc.
