David Ollis Landscape Development

I have used them several times for our construction business. They do trash bins also. I have always been happy with the service they provided, we are using them on a job right now.

A section of my sprinklers won’t come up to water the lawn, so I called David Ollis Landscape. It was in the middle of the morning during their business hours and I called 2 – 3 times, but there was nobody answering the phone. I thought I would give another try since this is the landscaper my homebuilder hired to put in the sprinkler system. So I called again later on, finally someone answered the phone and set up a time for the repair person to come.
On the day the repair person was supposed to come in the morning, but till almost 3pm, he didn’t come. I called the office again. When the repair person finally got back to me, he said he couldn’t make it today, he could come the next morning.
The next morning, he came in and said the sprinklers won’t come up because of the water pressure, so he adjusted the water pressure, it worked. I asked him why the water pressure was like that for years and it was ok, suddenly the pressure is not enough anymore and it only affected one section? He couldn’t give a clear answer.
Then the best part came in. That night, when it’s the set time for the sprinkler system to water the lawn, a different section wouldn’t stop watering. When I found it out, it was hours later and water was all over my backyard, I had to turn off the water valve. The repair person must did something on the system and caused this because it was fine before he came. I called the repair person, he didn’t answer the phone, I left a message explaining the situation and asked him to get back to me soon, because the weekend was coming up, I’d like him to fix this problem soon. I also called the office and the office said they would let him know. Well, nobody got back to me before the weekend. And after the weekend, nobody got back to me during the next week. I had to get someone else to check the sprinkler system up and fix it.
So, my recommendation is do not use this landscaper. If you use them, you take the chance to pay them to fix one issue but create a brand new issue, and you may never get a hold of them again.
