Being a first time homeowner in a new city, I’ve been through some difficulties trying to find solid people to do solid work, and for some reason, especially when it comes to plumbers.
I’ve had other plumbers charge me RIDICULOUS amounts of money to bring a camera out to show me roots in my main line, and try to use fear tactics to get me to sign up for some huge jobs that while obviously beneficial to the plumbing system, are not necessary. Said plumbers will insist that these jobs are vital, or you know, your pipes will explode and your whole front yard will become a hybrid sewer sinkhole monstrosity, or you need to gut your whole house and replace everything or you and your family will die a horrible agonizing death from breathing mold! NOOOOOO!
Raul has become my go to. I’ve had him out 3 or 4 times to do some routine snake work and replace a seal. He tells you whats what. No nonsense. You call him, he answers or promptly calls back. He shows up when he says he will and he fixes your problem and hits the road. It should always be that simple, but unfortunately in my experience it is not.

I called Raul to install an on/​off valve on my gas pipe for my dryer. He was able to take out my older pipe which was very long, and install a shorter pipe along with the valve. Thank you so much for hooking up my dryer also. I called Raul specifically because of the 5 star reviews that he had previously. Now I’m adding my own. Thanks again!

We called today for our free estimate to get our toilet flange replaced. Raul returned our call promptly and was at our house within 30 minutes. He was very nice and respectful. His fee was about 55 percent less than what we had been quoted with big mikes plumbing. After he was finished with the repair he cleaned up after himself. And Raul saves the day AGAIN! mom didn’t know any better and had a crappy plumber come out (just picked from the phone book), which was a total scam. after allot of damage, I called this guy back. he told us what the real deal was and what i should actually have paid for service. he came and cleared the roots, and just did us right again! Raul provides professional, honest service. I called Exact Rooter & Plumbing based on Unilocal reviews I read. I’m really glad I did. Because I usually like to fix things myself, I researched on line to try to figure out the problem. I was 99% sure what needed to be done but figured it would take me a few hours since I’d have to go find, then buy the parts, and then replace them IF I even had the right tools. Raul quoted me the cost on the phone, set up an appointment with a 30 min window (8:30−9)…not like some places that tell you 8 – 12 then arrive at 11:45 after you’ve been waiting around and wasting the day! He even called at 7:45 and said he could be there in 20 minutes (early!) if that was okay! Of course!!! What service provider ever shows up early??? When he arrived, he confirmed my diagnosis was correct and replaced the tank intake fill valve on the toilet… in less than 15 minutes! And, he didn’t leave any mess. The best part was he stuck to the quote, no hidden fees or add-​ons. I highly recommend this plumber as he is honest, efficient, friendly and professional!

Raul was so professional and on time. Raul did not try and push work on me that I didn’t need. Rescue Rooter had came out couple days before and told me that I need 7456.00 worth of work that needed to be done right away. So I decided to get a second opinion since it was going to costs so much. So I called Raul and read the report to him and he quoted me an estimate of 2000.00 dollars but wanted to come put a vedio camera and look for himself.
