Took my girlfriend’s Soul here for a much needed oil change. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. The employees were friendly and helpful. They did not try to sell us anything extra. They just did the oil change, accepted payment and we were on our way. I would highly recommend this place. We will be taking her car here for every oil change!

These guys are the best! Helpful and knowledgeable and great customer service! I have been a customer for 15 years and they do it all from regular maintenance to most major repairs! They just got my 93 cadillac fleetwood up and going again… and they had to do their homework! They are always busy and for a good reason… they do great work!

I have been coming here for the last eight years. I like the excellent service and the family atmosphere. I would recommend bringing your vehicles in for anything big or small.

They are still quick and friendly.
HOWEVER, I will no longer return to this establishment.
It was irresponsible and dangerous. I’m lucky I made it home to San Bernardino (when I realized the tire was flat) safely.

Guy that runs the place is very friendly. They have fresh brewed coffee when you walk in which is always a plus. $ 40 for an oil change on my 2007 RAV4 V6. They washed my windshield and checked my tire pressure which I appreciated. I’d come back!

Do not go here. I got an oil change and they never put the oil back in my car!!! My cars repairs are 1,900.00 now because of this place. They never repaired things I paid for and now I’m paying $$$ cause of their shady practices. BEWARE!!!

I took my car here the fist time in November. I asked for the regular oil change which is $ 30. When I was called up to the counter to pay my bill the employee said it was $ 69. I was shocked and asked why. He said I requested synthetic oil. I told him that he is crazy. I asked for the $ 30 oil change. He said they could drain it and put regular oil in if I wanted. I told him not bother and paid the $ 69. I figured it was an honest mistake.
I decided that I’d give them one more shot because I love the fact that they can change your oil in 10 minutes, So today, 2÷7÷15, I looked the same employee in the face and told him that I wanted the $ 30 regular oil change and not the synthetic oil. He understood. When it was time to pay he said it was $ 69! I was like man, 10 minutes ago I just told you I wanted the regular $ 30 oil change! I told him that they tried pull this scam over me before. He acted surprised that I challenged the price and quickly said $ 34. Also, I asked what type of oil they used and he said Valvoline. I watched as they but some generic crap in my car. This place is super shady. The employee I dealt with both times is a guy named Rob. I’m not sure if he is running this scam on everyone or just a complete idiot. But his customer service sucks and I emailed the company about this, specifically naming him. Beware this place is super shady and will try to rip you off wherever they can.

I’ve been getting oil changes from these guys for a few years. Never any problems, and they never try to up sell. Plus, they’re super fast. I just took my girlfriend’s Tahoe in to have one of the rear power windows repaired. They replaced the switch, but with the incorrect color for the plastic trim that surrounds it. Mistakes happen, we all make them. These guys get kudos for how they handled it when I called back to ask them to correct it. I spoke with Ted, and he called the supplier and actually called me back rather quickly (this never happens anymore with customer service, especially in automotive services). They got the new switch in the next day, called me to come back in, and when I got there they swapped it out in 5 minutes. These guys are great, and I recommend them for all your automobile service or repairs.

Took my import car in for oil leak! They recommended replacing the oil pan and rear main seal and said they could do for $ 1200. I took my car to an import auto shop and they fixed my actual oil leak and it had nothing to do with what this shop said. They would have cost me $ 1200 bucks and would have never actually fixed the leak. What a joke! You think an oil change shop would have a clue. Lost my business!

We moved to Redlands a couple years ago. I could have easily missed this gem if it hadn’t come highly recommended by one of my mom’s friends who lived in the area. I started out with oil changes and smog tests, the staff was fast and pleasant. A passenger door lock in the back was broken and I put it off for as long as I could, but I was about to have another child. Unless I wanted my oldest crawling over the baby to get out through the other door, I had to get the lock fixed. I asked them if they could do it and they said it was not a problem. I forgot to get an estimate so when I returned with my husband, who was my ride, I braced myself and was stunned to see how reasonable the cost was. I wasn’t charged for the full hour of labor, just however long they had worked on it. My husband who had yet to take his car there was so impressed that he picked up a business card right then and put it in his wallet. He became a new customer after that.
They’ve never pushed any extra products or services on me. They’ve always been upfront about the expected work and how long they’d think it would take them. The atmosphere is cordial and upbeat. I get the impression that the employees enjoy working there. Once I arrived before 8 a.m. so I could be the first in line and get my car done quickly, but not only were they already open, they had even started work on some of the cars. These guys are just terrific.

I have been getting my oil changed here for years. I wouldn’t take it anywhere else they are honest with me about my car and don’t try to sell me on things I don’t need or say something else needs working on. They are always quick and friendly service.

This is the only place I come to to have work done on my car. I have been coming here for years and I trust them completely. They are reasonable on pricing and they are HONEST which is hard to come by with a mechanic shop.

I’ve been bringing my personal cars and business vehicles here for many years now. These guys are really great. I know for a fact that they have had the opportunity to cheat me but they didn’t. That’s saying a lot about a service station. Mazi and Steve are both really good people and will take care of you.

These guys are great. Service is complete. Oil change includes windows washed, car vacuumed, all essentials checked and topped off. In and out of their in 15 minutes.
