We were very pleasantly surprised by this new restaurant in Redlands. The prices are very reasonable for good quality, fresh food. The employees made sure we were fully satisfied with not only our food but our experience. With a unique, diverse menu, and employees who care about the customers, I’m definitely going back.

This wonderful gem is located on Orange street in Redlands next to the Falconer. To start it has a fantastic owner who goes out of his way to make every person who walks through his doors feel at home, at ease and is happy to help navigating his diverse menu. I started with the bacon and duck tacos. Yes they tasted as amazing as they sound. My lovely company had a corndog that makes you know that all that came before are passé at best. Crisp, great batter on a generous beef dog. Then we were treated to the new fries on their growing menu. Ready…Venison cooked in what I was told was berries among other things, with sautéed mushrooms in balsamic vinegar thyme and oregano, over crisp potato wedges and covered with cheddar and feta cheese. Just wow. Best fries I’ve ever eaten. And that’s saying a lot. They also have a large beer menu with really good choices which I am thinking will eventually be part of a pairing list to go with their very original specialty sausage menu. Sausages like Ostrich and pistachio ‚ Elk in Madeira Rabbit in white wine Mole and chicken Alligator And on and on. The sides you get we’re not just throw togethers either. The coleslaw with red cabbage was light and fresh tasting. The potato salad the same. Nothing either of us had was anything but a Truly enjoyable experience. I am happy to write a good review for this fantastic edition to the Redlands places that are a must go. But I will go further and say it’s worth the drive from anywhere in So-Cal to get an original and really great eating experience. I am looking forward to going again very soon and am craving their specialty fries as I write this.

New place to eat! Not bad. We are glad to have something new in town. The food is on the greasy side and sausage was over cooked.
