Nader’s Auto Sales

Found the exact car I was looking for online at their dealership on Wednesday. Contacted them, and all sounded great. I completed the credit app online and they said they can get me financing. I waited all day, didn’t hear back. So I called back the next day for an update and was told they hadn’t even ran my credit yet. They said they would submit it to the bank and let me know by the end of the day Friday. I called back Saturday for an update and was told they hadn’t heard back from the bank yet. I waited and finally heard back on Monday. Was told they could sell me a different car that cost $ 2000 more than the one I wanted but not the one I wanted. No thanks. Took my business elsewhere.

One star is one to many! I bought my first car from them and trusted the. They knew I had a new baby. I had electrical problems with the car and took it to them several times. Three months later the car caught fire. Nader’s auto picked the car up from the junk yard before I could get any pics. They are very disrespectful and talk in thier foreign language in front of us and laughed. What’s so funny about a car catching fire with a 3 month old baby on it. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEN. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL SCAM YOU OUT IF YOUR MONEY AND DIGNITY!!!

Okay, I am a first time buyer and even I thought this was a bit of a shabby place. They tried to sell me a car I was clearly not into & it was coincidentally the car you can see from the road, my guess is that something was wrong with it and they were wanting to get rid of it ASAP. Two salesman were speaking in a different language, making me feel completely uncomfortable and out of place and one even laughed at while I was explaining the car i’m looking for. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Salesman are pushy and completely unprofessional.

Okay, man, this is so sad that I went from a 4 star rating, to a three star, and now down to a two star. I give them 2 stars instead of one for the fact that they were at least nice (with the exception of lying to me about the condition of the car I purchased from them).
After having my car for a few weeks I noticed the car started vibrating when I touched the brakes going over 70 mph. I took my car to a family trusted mechanic who said the rotors were completely shot to hell, and I needed brake pads.
The woman at Naders told me the car had been carefully inspected and that everything was in perfect working order. I guess it served me right for not having MY OWN mechanic look it over first.
oh well, they bought my 2001 Grand Am off me that needs a head gasket replaced. My mechanic told me it would be about 3 grand worth of work. He also told me it was only worth scrap, and that even if I get it fixed, it will continue to have problems. Carmax offered me $ 1000 for it (I got lucky and they never detected the problem) and then Naders bought it fmor me at that price, so I guess i got the better end of the deal. BUT…
HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE… I, unlike them, never lied about the condition of my car. I never told them it was in great running order. I just handed them the quote from Carmax and my keys.
So, here is a warning to car buyers in Redlands: if they are selling a 2001 black Grand AM with over 160 thousand miles on it, DON’T BUY IT. LOL.
