Lyndsey is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and provides great recommendations. The installation team Jesus and Casey very great with the installation of our laundry room counter. It looks beautiful. Thanks to all. Looking forward to Stone Solutions working with us on our next project, the kitchen remodel.

Lindsey at Stone Solutions treated us like family! We made many changes over a period of time and had special requests and we felt she went to the max while working with us. She called us and emailed many times answering questions, stayed late after hours, etc. On four pieces, she helped us customize them. She showed us all of their vast inventory including remnants and that made a difference. The computer photo layout of our very slabs of granite and how the final would visually look like was amazing help right down to where to lay out my favorite crystal infusions as I would approach the countertops to the backsplash. Finally after installation I propped up a stove causing the oven door to catch on the corner of the granite and she sent the guys back up the hill the next day to shave it down and grind/​smooth is out. I also really appreciated and trusted her installation team as well! Second house I’ve hired them for and will only use them next time!

The reason I gave them 1 star is because they have been nice to me. I spent months looking for 2 book matched granite slabs for my kitchen. They installed the granite a couple months ago. They did a terrible job fabricating and installing the granite. The seams don’t match. The colors and color tones don’t match plus the pattern goes in a different direction. Trying to appease me they offered to fabricate and install some extra pieces in my home with my remnants. Now they say they don’t have enough material to do that. I’m very disappointed about my kitchen granite and frustrated with the run around I’m getting.

You have to choose a star, other wise I would not put ANY. This company is not fit to even look at your home, let alone do any work inside of it. While a few of the people that work here seem to be nice people and fairly competent, the management and the rest of the company are absolutely terrible. We contracted this company to install quartz counter tops in our home, and they did a disgusting unprofessional job. MY cabinets were damaged, the counter tops them selves were not at all symmetrical to each other and were protruding into door ways and walk ways, one of the workers was very rude to me, and they left a mess when they were «done». Once my husband contacted the manager to resolve this problem, we were given the run around for weeks, and were given every excuse int he book as to why we could not get to the bottom of the issue. FINALLY we were able to talk to the manager and come to an agreement as to how we should proceed with solving the issue of horribly installed counter tops. We were reimbursed a random amount of money and the counter tops were reinstalled. I must mention that this whole process took OVER a month, we had to push back other construction in the kitchen because of this, it was such a huge pain to deal with. BUT it was over…
Until a few days ago when I was notified by the bank that I had insufficient funds in my account. Why? I had not spent any money from that account… Well Stone Solutions had taken it upon them selves to cash a THREE month old check that I had written BEFORE the FIRST (disastrous) install, specifically for that install. I was under the impression that this check would be voided, because why would we pay for someone to come and mess up our kitchen and talk down to me in my own home? It was my understanding that the manager of this company was on the same page with us on this issue. My husband called the office AGAIN, and complained to the manager AGAIN, but this time the manager basically told us, «Too bad for you guys, looks like you are out that money, you should have cancelled the check if you didn’t want us to cash it».
This «business» is terrible (notice my constant use of this word?) in every aspect; the manager has no idea what he is doing, the staff are clueless, the workers are skill less… While I am upset by the whole ordeal, I realize that Stone Solutions will not be in business for very much longer if they continue to operate this way, and there for, they must really need our money and any money they can get at this point.
BOTTOM LINE: Stone Solutions is a ridiculous company, managed by a ridiculous person, and I would strongly urge ANYONE to seek their home stone needs LITERALLY any where else. Any where. A man selling granite slabs on the side of the freeway would be more competent than this place.
