Nice business with nice people that do very good auto body work. I worked with Justin for the estimate & Don & Linda on finishing the process.
Just not sure about the other reviewers that had super negative comments, unless they are expecting a 5 star white glove experience in everything with which they interact. My expectations were to have an auto body repair shop fix my bumper & dents — that they did on time, under budget, and with courtesy & respect. Hope I never need their services again but if I do I will return without hesitation.

The impression I got from Accurate Auto Body was that they didn’t really care about their customers. I brought my boyfriend’s VW Golf here after popping off a side mirror cap when I bumped it against a parking garage pillar (sigh). This was my second incident with said pillar, so I was keen on hiding this from my boyfriend and was hoping that they would be able to speedily put the cap back on since it looked like there was no damage to the cap. I had to circle the block twice because the parking lot was full and there was no street parking, partially due to the constructions going on.
The people here were nice, but they seemed to lack any sense of urgency. I was greeted by someone at the reception desk and after telling her about what I thought to be a pretty trivial problem, she asked me to fill out all this paperwork when I really just wanted a high-​level estimate. It would’ve been a better experience if someone had looked at my car to confirm the scope of the problem, before launching into procedures and paperwork. Anyway, we had someone take a look at the car and he also tried to fit the cap back on to no avail. He asked someone in the garage to take a closer look at the cap and they found out that there’s a small part missing inside the cap and it was a critical part that held cap still. He told me that we would need to replace that cap, paint it to match my car’s paint, and then they can put that cap on in less than half an hour. He said the part should only take a couple days to procure, and quoted me about $ 270 for parts and labor, which sounded reasonable.
The job ended up taking nearly 2 weeks instead of a couple days, which would have been okay had they informed me about the delay. Instead, I waited indefinitely for a phone call that never came. I eventually called them to request a status update and they told me that the part was taking longer than expected to procure, but that it should arrive within a week. A week went by and I still had not heard back from them, so I decided to just drop by when I was in the area. It took them a few minutes to track down the part, since it was logged as having arrived a few days prior but it was then MIA. 20 minutes later, they found the part and someone put the cap on my side mirror. I was happy with the result, but the process took too long and too much nagging on my part.

Dropped off my 5-​series for some cosmetic repair of the front fender and hood. They were true to their word in terms of the quote, and beat their promised delivery date by three days. Excellent customer service from Justin in particular. Highly recommend this shop.

I took in my Jaguar XKR for repairs. As it turns out there are very few auto body shops that are certified to work on Jaguars and this shop was one of the very few in Washington.
I worked with Justin and Le Ann on getting my vehicle repaired. They were very friendly and took me through the whole process, step by step. They did such a good job with the repair and their attention to detail was unparalleled. At times, I almost felt like a friend was hooking me up with a great deal. But it was just simply great service.

Not only was the job delayed for 10 days, longer than estimated, when I went to pick up the vehicle, they did only a portion of the work. I was told the parts would cost more than the quote. I was assured at the time that they would split the difference with me. They did not. I know and like the owners, but this is no way to treat another Redmond business owner, or anyone else, for that matter. I wish them luck.

I was overwhelmed with the great customer service. I felt they made the entire process as easy as possible. I got the runaround with Allstate as I had to talk to so many people and I had to follow up until Accurate Auto took over and said «we will take care of it, when would you like to schedule».
At the last second on picking up my car I had forgot to ask for a tail light to be replaced and Randy said with a smile «I will do it right now». I kept them late and it wasn’t an easy task. My car looks fabulous.
They will be our families one and only body shop!!!

Justin, Randy and Le Ann were so helpful! I was working with a less than responsive insurance company… and they were not very flexible either. Le Ann worked with them to get the payment and continued to follow up with them throughout the entire process.
When I picked up my car, it looked great! I have a black BMW 530 and was concerned about how the repair job would look afterwards. It looks just like before it was hit! I am so pleased! I especially liked the text updates on the status of the repair. The vehicle was ready when it was supposed to be. Washed, vacuumed and ready to go!
I truly hope I don’t need anymore body work on my car… and if I do… I will be back again!

Accurate Auto Body Inc. and I definitely met by accident as their slogan says. I was rear-​ended a while back while stopping at a stop light. After a couple of days exploring my option, I went to Accurate Auto Body for an estimate referred by my insurance. Despite the average reviews online, I still decided to pay them a visit.
Staffs were nice and very professional. The rep that was doing the estimate was also knowledgeable and friendly. He also understood my concern and promised an excellent work due to their past credential of being one of the certified location for aluminum work by BMW.
This body shop is also partnering with Hertz so it was a breeze when I drop my car in for the work because then Hertz picked me up and assigned me a rental. Also true for the return process, I left the rental at the shop and went home with my own car.
With all the good things, why the below average review? Well, may be my case was unique. Being a car enthusiast, I really pay close attention to my car. I do my own maintenance work and I love to work on my car to have it modified/​upgraded with aftermarket parts. I keep it in tip top condition but as it is a 2000 model year, there are only so much I can do in that department. So, that’s the background.
When I got a call from Accurate Body Shop that my car is ready, I went to pick it up later in the day on a Friday at around 3 PM. When I arrived, I am so happy to see it since it is my daily driver and I missed it so much. After parking the rental and walked up to the counter to take care of the paperwork, I went back to my car to check the work. To my horror, the back bumper on the driver side was literally rubbing on the tires. I went back inside to let them know so they had to bring the car back to the shop to have it adjusted. After about 20 minutes, they brought the car out again and told me that this is the best that they can do. Left side of the rear bumper is about to touch my wheel while the right side is gaping at least 1.5″.
They even brought a tech out and told me there is nothing they can do to have it properly adjust the rear bumper. They even insist that it must have been like that even before the accident. Then they finally blamed it on the aftermarket part. What can I say? They said so and they can’t fix it, so I had to go with it with some degree of disappointment.
The following day, I spent some time with the car and was investigating see if I can adjust the rear bumper myself. I opened the trunk and I notice some odd misalignments on the carpeting. To my surprise, they put the carpeting back so badly that even I am surprised that they can call themselves professionals. So I had to took them apart again to align them properly.
During my tear-​down, I found even more surprises. Plastic clips and fasteners were missing. Plastic trays were not put back properly and even one of the tray was chipped because of apparent brute force pulling when they took it apart. On top of that, they even manage to damage the little clip of my car jack when they decided to take out the spare wheel without taking out the jack first.
I also inspect the rear of body work which got pushed in a bit when it was hit on the rear passenger side and I notice the difference between the left (good side) and the right (got hit). The right side is still slightly pushed below the tail light area.
Very sloppy job I would say. Anyhow, I put the carpeting back properly now despite the missing fasteners and clips. I notified them of how sloppy their workers were and I got a reply that the owner would call me personally to discuss the issues, which of course, no one from the shop ever call me.
I still need to find some time to work on the rear bumper but after visual inspection, it seems to be possible. I’ll just have to find the time now.
So, in conclusion. They are doing an outstanding job on the repair and paint job. Color matching was excellent and my cracked bumper got fixed properly to the pre-​accident condition. But, to them, fixing cars are their job. To me, it’s a hobby and I love working on cars. There is a big difference unless they love their jobs which apparently not the case. If you have a modified/​non-​OEM parts on your car, take my advice and find other shop that takes custom work. The rating I gave is because if there is even a next time, I would definitely skip Accurate Auto Body Inc. Why? Because the quality of the work in my trunk (which was totally stock), they didn’t even do it properly and left me with broken/​missing parts.

I got a quote here over 6 months ago to fix a fender bender (backed into a concrete block) that took out my tail light and bumper and dented my side panel. I had purchased the parts (bumper, tail light, reflector, etc.) on amazon to save money but they still would work with me to paint match and install — as in, they didn’t make me purchase the parts from them, which is nice. All in all I was very happy with the service and job… definitely good as new in terms of color, etc. They even washed my car and vacuumed the inside (is that standard?)
My only complaint is that I asked for some extra paint so I could touch up the side panel (which I didn’t get fixed because that was too expensive). They said they couldn’t give me the paint but they would touch it up, and drew a circle around it. Well they must have forgot because it didn’t get touched up at all, which I was bummed about. By the time I picked it up though, I was just ready to have my car back… and figured whatever paint they had mixed up the previous day was long gone. Oh well.

Replaced my side mirror in less than an hour, even washed my car. Very easy to deal with and was charged a reasonable amount for replacement. Dealer wanted nearly double the quote they gave me. Great experience, I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed a quick and easy repair and they were quick and easy! Total cost was less than the estimate and they went out of their way to get me where I needed to be while my car was being repaired. Great experience all around.

I just used this place to get the front bumper of my car repaired, at the recommendation of my dealership.
The work looks good, the staff were friendly, they did me a very detailed quote, very quickly, and there were no surprises with the cost when I went to pick up my car. From that perspective, I would definitely use them again.
The one negative part of the experience was how long the job took to complete. When I got the estimate they told me it would be a one day job. When I called to book the work, I had a pretty detailed conversation with them about the fact that they couldn’t guarantee to get it done in one day if I put the car in on a Friday, but if I brought it on a Thursday they could get through it by the end of the day. With this in mind I arranged my week to work from home on Thursday and booked the car in for that day. I dropped the car off before they opened on Thursday morning and I was surprised and disappointed therefore when I called towards the end of the day on Thursday and was told it was clearly a two day job and my car wouldn’t be ready until the end of Friday. I don’t mind that the job took 2 days, but I think they should have more clearly communicated the timing from the outset.

This company is the best. We have been there twice because of 2 car accidents and they are amazing. Very friendly and took care of all the insurance dealings. Also helped us get a nicer rental car. Our cars ended up looking brand new. My son took his car in to see if they would buff something out. They did it no charge. We will always go to them. No doubt.

I was in an accident and was referred here by the Subaru dealership, since I didn’t know any collision repair shops in area to go to. They did a fantastic and thorough job on my car. It looks wonderful and no signs of the repair at all, trust me I looked. Paint match perfect, repair perfect, customer service top notch! On top of that they detailed the inside of my car too, to bad that is not included in the life time warranty of the repairs. I would go back again. (On a side note the length for the repair was extended because, get this, they found additional damage and wanted to be sure insurance approved so they could repair it RIGHT)

I hate going anywhere to have anything done to my car without researching first; I’ve found that some shops: gasp: must think «sucker» is written over the head of any woman when it comes to anything automotive.
I took L.Y.‘s review to task and went there to get my side mirror replaced. Not only did they charge/​quot me 30 minutes for labor but they had me in and out quickly (without even needing an appointment).
Everyone else quoted me 1 hour to 2 hours too.
I will definitely use them in the future (and with my teenage son learning how to drive, sadly I think I might have to).

I used this place to get my side mirror replaced. This is a pretty simple and short job, and Accurate Auto Body was the only body shop that quoted me for only 30 minutes of labor (as it should be). The dealership and most places quoted me a full hour, and one shop even said a baffling 2 hours.
I would definitely use them again for any other work on my car.

It was a really bad experience working with them. If they make a mistake, they lie, don’t take responsibility for it, and make you pay for it. They had to contact State Farm and get the insurance money to fix our bumper from them. They kept the car for 2 days, and by almost the end of the second day, the only thing they had done was haggle with State Farm. They told me at the end of Day 1 that the car is all ready, and I can pick up the car by noon of day 2. But day 2, they hadn’t even begun, because they only talked to the State farm guys by 2 pm on day 2. Instead, they took off the bumper, and when we decided not to go ahead with the repairs because state farm wasn’t paying for it the way we wanted, they charged us $ 112 to take the bumper off and put it back. They shouldn’t have taken it off in the first place before confirming with State farm that the insurance will be paying for the repairs.
If they have to take out the bumper to check the damage, and if they make the customer pay for it if they choose not to go ahead with the insurance, they should have tell the customer so very clearly. Suddenly telling us we have to pay 112 bucks on the last day, after we decided not to go ahead with the insurance, it was the worst way to turn off anyone and to trick people and force them into giving them money.
Not only did they make us pay for their mistake of starting work without confirming that they’ll get paid for it, they lied to me blatantly and told me the car was ready, when it wasn’t even inspected by the insurance company. And then they lied to me about telling me that.
If you want a company with integrity and real service, this is certainly not it.

I’ve used them twice in the last year for my car. Both times, they delivered as promised, and they did it less expensively (by $ 200 ~ 300) than another auto body shop that I got a quote from. I sense that their pace is pretty hectic, and they try to deliver on an aggressive schedule. However, they’ve come through for me with flying colors both times.
