DR’s in the office are great but any time you call you are on hold for a very long time and their billing department is not knowledgeable and not helpful at all.

The office doesn’t have phone access to the nursing staff. I left several messages for the nurse line, called the front desk appointment line and asked to be connected to the nurse line but the office is understaffed. The quality of the medical care is questionable as patients parents can’t even reach the nurse for the doctor.

My kids have been seeing Dr. George since 2008. He is engaged, smart, really great with the kids, and everything I could ever hope for in a pediatrician. As a parent he listens and asks great questions, but even better he asks the KIDS questions, and the way he talks to them, they really engage and respond. They trust him, even with the «owies» of broken bones and stitches, and so do I.

This office is awesomely great at: (a) not being transparent about their fees upfront, (b) overcharging for appointments (by «upgrading» a standard appointment to a more expensive extended appointment without a word). Recording the recent experience here to make sure I avoid them next time.

We’ve been seeing Dr. George since a few days after our oldest was born (almost 5 years ago) and have always had great experiences. He is thorough, attentive, friendly, genuinely gets to know his kids and always has their best interests in mind. Dr. George is so knowledgable and it is easy to trust him and his recommendations for my kids. I would recommend the Redmond PA (and specifically Dr. George) to anyone!

I moved to Washington and started at Pediatric Associates of Bellevue. If I were reviewing that location it’d be 1 star. Maybe.
We moved our family to Redmond and were searching for a new pediatrician when our 1 year old shoved a crayon up her nose.
We went to P.A. Redmond as an emergency, only to learn they scheduled my appointment at Bellevue because, «that’s where you always go, we thought you said Redmond by mistake.»
Dr. George fit us in anyway, despite not having a real «appointment.»
He is simply the best thing since sliced bread.
He takes the time to listen, tell you what you’re doing right as a parent, an what to look for. He explains what you’re going to see as your child improves, and what to look for in case they get worse.
And the best part? He comes in, plops on the floor and talks with the kids. They matter to him. He has gotten on all fours and played dogs with my daughter. My girls adore him. Even with a 104.5 degree fever, my 3 year old is so excited to see Dr. George.
If the world had more pediatricians like him, we might all wish to never grow up.

I love Dr. George and Dr. Brubaker. They take the time to explain the whys and wherefores and the options for you (especially Dr. George, who seems to be a bit of a statistics and probabilities nerd). Dr. Brubaker’s nurse is the nicest nurse I’ve met in years. I’m sure they see babies all day but they always seem to have a smile and enthusiasm for all those boring well-​baby check questions. I haven’t had anything major arise yet with my little girls but the nurse call back turnaround is excellent, and I have always been able to get a same-​day appointment when I needed it (if not at the Redmond location, at the Bellevue one). Definitely recommend these two.

My kids see Dr. Jill Brubaker as their primary pediatrician and we love her. She is fantastic. Last time I heard, she was not taking new patients except for newborns and siblings. I would highly recommend Dr. Michael George (not sure of spelling) or Dr. Becky Irwin. Both are fantastic and when Dr. Brubaker is not in the office and my kids are sick, these 2 are my preferred request. All 3 are professional, caring, and willing to listen no matter what the problem. They all have an excellent bedside manner and both my kids love them.

We recently moved to Redmond and went to Pediatric Associates for the first time, with high hopes based on all the reviews I’ve read. The front desk staff was extremely friendly with my 2 young children, and very engaging. The nurse was nice too. They’re the reason I’m giving my review 3 stars. We saw Dr. Fournarakis (he’s a rotating doc, not one of their permanent physicians), and I’m sorry to say his demeanor was less than ideal. He didn’t address me at all, just came in and said «which one of them has the problem?». He kept calling my daughter «he», even though I told him her name (clearly feminine), and my older daughter was asking him questions such as «are you the doctor?». He totally ignored her. Given that my older daughter is already afraid of going to the doctor’s office, it would have been nice if he had at least responded to her in a friendly manner to help ease her anxiety. I also thought he wasn’t very thorough– just a quick exam and a prescription, when there were a couple of other things that may have accounted for her symptoms. Perhaps I’m spoiled from our previous pediatrician who was extremely thorough and asked alot of questions to figure out what was going wrong. I’m willing to give the practice another try with one of the docs that was recommended on other reviews, but this first appointment was pretty disappointing.

My two kids have been seeing Dr Jill Brubaker here for years. We adore her! She is unbelievably respectful of their privacy and independance (one kid is entering puberty. PRAY FOR ME!), and Dr Jill insists, once a kid is 13, then the parents have to wait outside, so the patient can talk openly with her, and she assured my child about dr-​patient confidentiality laws. I really respedted that! After all, if my kid is uncomfortable talking to me about ANYTHING, I HOPE she goes to Dr Jill, where at least I know she’ll get correct information.
About nine or ten years ago or so, and earlier, we went to the pediatric doctors’ practice next door to Pediatric Associates and, although we liked the dr there, the staff never returned our calls or passed on our messages to our dr. Since I had an infant at the time then, this was an intolerable situation for us, so we moved to Dr Jill’s practice next door. And that was a godsend to us, as the staff at PA has always been receptive to us, and have always responded to our calls and addressed our concerns.
The few times that Dr Jill was unavailable, we saw other doctors there in the practice, and we liked them all. I also like how their Bellevue office is open on Saturdays, if there’s need to be seen then.

The pediatricians at Ped Assoc. totally rock! We have been going to them for almost 4 years now.
Dr. Krebs was our first doctor. Our daughter loved him. He was very kind and patient. When she was dealing with severe asthma and allergies, he listened to all of our concerns, and took the time to address each one.
Our most recent favorite is Dr. Irwin. She is new to the practice, but is absolutely amazing. She is also very patient and thinks outside the box.
The reception staff are friendly and knowlegable, The accounting department is always willing to send you extra statements, or explain your bill to you.
Two of the best features is that they have a website with a variety of useful tools, such as bill pay, advice, etc. And, they have locations all across the Eastside, some even open on the weekends.
I have recommended Pediatric Associates to many people, and I will continue to do so. They know how to take care of our most precious assets, and are a valuable resource in the medical field.
