Sara is an inspiration. She’s a very intelligent personal trainer who is always pushing her clients to take their health to the next level. With her motivation coupled with her advanced knowledge of the way the body works and should work, she is the perfect person to get you back in shape.
She’s been working with me on my cardio & speed. She does boot camps, individual training and also nutritional education. My fitness is so thankful for ALLways ready Fitness & Sara

«At the beginning of July I got on the scale and after seeing 240 pounds I realized that things have gotten out of control and need to change. Over the last four months with the help of Sara Sargent I have learned a lot about the proper ways to exercise and how to change my diet to become healthier. So far I have been able to get my weight down to 195 pounds, drop 6 inches of my waist and reduce my body fat percentage from 27% to 19%.
