I have been here two times for my old car. For checking and maintains. Marcus is so nice and told me a lot about my car. I saved the money and fixed all the problems and got details information for my car. I would definitely refer my other friend here for their car then.

Been looking for a shop to get my exhaust done. Found Autosys through a friend. Talked to them, and set a appointment up and the rest is history.
Got me right in, great staff, great prices. Everyone was really nice.
Very easy to work with.

Steer clear of these thieves. Go anywhere else and they will charge you half what autosys attempts to charge. I was robbed one too many times by Autosys in Redmond. They are comical. Break one thing while they are suppose to be fixing something. Take your car here if you’re looking for a headache. Definitely half ass at the highest prices around. Proud to say I’ve never made money in a dishonest way like this shop does. Gave them too much business and went along with their dishonesty. have paperwork to prove the math of being misled. Be sure and get a second opinion if you deal with these people. They’re liars that’ll take you for a ride every chance they get.

Had my car taken to Autosys on recommendation of AAA tech after my car wouldn’t start. Knew fuel pump was bad already. They wanted to do a diagnostic check that turned up: fuel pump was bad. Charged me $ 200 to diagnose the already existing issue that I had told them of. The connection to the fuel pump was bad at the access panel which could have taken 5 minutes to «diagnose» with their eyes. Then quoted me over $ 1k to replace everything and $ 700 to simply drop the fuel tank and assess the current pump. I knew this was to much. I feel like they got over on me by getting $ 200 out of me to diagnose a problem I had already specified and then vastly over quoted me for the actual work. In the end I had it towed to my mechanic who performed an inspection and repair of all connections for $ 150 and everything is good. Autosys also disassembled the entire wiring harness and simply left it in that condition when it was picked up. A bad experience all the way around and a validation of the stories we all hear about auto shops trying to take advantage of customers. I do not recommend.

We have been going to Autosys for many years now for both our cars. We completely trust their assessment. Other companies will tell us we need to change our tyres right away, but autosys will tell us we are fine. Or our break pads. They know what they are doing, and when they need help they will take care of sending our car wherever it is needed. We don’t have to schedule multiple appointments and take our car around. I highly recommend this company over any other company.

I don’t know much about cars. But I liked this place. I was in town buying a car from Craigslist and needed to get it inspected. They fit me in for the car inspection on somewhat short notice (after several AAA certified car repair locations could not). I also took the car back there to have some service done to it after I bought it.
They were very helpful in making suggestions about maintaining the car, and explaining everything to do with the car, what all the issues were, etc. They even stayed open 10 minutes late for me when I got stuck in the Seattle traffic coming back to pick the car up! What a nice thing to do! If I lived in the Seattle area, I would only take my car to Autosys.

Professional customer service! You pay for what you get, it’s not a cheap auto shop, they are thorough and seem to do the job well. They take care of their customers, provide a detailed diagnosis and upcoming service report, and are AAA certified (discounted).

I’ve been pleased with this auto shop for the most part. They explain things well and are always accomodating. They will pick you up from work if you work nearby so that you don’t have to arrange someone else to do it for you. Marcus is very nice and is great at what he does. Overall I like the place,

Having grown dissatisfied with our dealership service department, we tried Autosys in Redmond. I cannot say enough about the high quality, attention to detail and concern for their customers this business provides. The fact that it has earned the AAA Approved Auto Repair designation confirms what we learned after just one visit — these guys can be trusted to give you maximum value for money spent. Our only regret is that we stayed too long with the dealership that did not deserve our loyalty and that we are now moving out of the area. We are excited about moving to Alaska but sad to have discovered such a quality business so late in the game.

Awesome! Finally an auto shop you can trust! They are amazing and have been so patient with us and our cars. They have been great about looking at problems in our cars, not charging for more than basic diagnostics ($ 29) and letting us decide if the repair needed to be done.
Can’t say enough good things about Gary and his shop. Oh, can’t forget Marcus, you are so helpful and explain things so well!

Took in my Mazda 3 for suspected electrical misfiring /​idling a little rough — before a trip. Took two hours when they were not otherwise busy. Heard lots of excuses. Charged $ 200 and NOTHING was actually done except to hook up the computer and high voltage spark check. I complained and got lots of dancing around and more excuses trying to justify the rip off.
Instead, they said it was the engine mounts causing vibration at idle, not a misfire. Quoted over $ 700 to replace engine mounts.
Within the next week the coil failed while I was out of town. Obviously they could not do a simple diagnostic and any mechnaic would have uncovered the problem.
I took the car to a reputable dealer and asked for them to check the engine mounts for wear /​signs of needing replacement. They confirmed that Autosys lied to me and there was no reason to need engine mounts.
On a previous visit, I suspected being over charged for poor service — but this visit truly confirmed it.
They are very practiced at blowing smoke and making you think you are getting good service.
Stay away — spread the word!
