Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would love to give ZERO STARS !!! But it dint allow me. Am really thinking If I need to really go for an ENTERPRISE car.
Today morning, I requested for a compact car and said I have a free upgrade since I am a platinum plus customer. Initially he said it will cost me 20 $ for a mid size SUV for a day.
I told him, I would like to drop it of in Portland, he said the drop of Fee is 200 $ (R u really kidding!!!). I take every weekend for the past 12 months. This week I had a personal plan, so wanted to drop it of in Portland. After all the talking he said reduce it for me to 140 $, then 115 just for the drop fee. I had dropped of earlier in Portland for a nominal fee of 68 $ (More than 5 times). But this was so exorbitant.
This is really bad. I never knew we need to BARGAIN !!!

No place to park the car when returning it to Redmond, WA office. Had to park 2 blocks away and walk in the pouring rain to return vehicle. Returned it 2 hours late and got hit with another $ 30. They were going to ask the manager to waive the fee but he was nowhere to be found.

They were as expected, nice people and good pricing

I really enjoy Enterprise! They treat me with respect from the moment I call or step inside the business. Everyone is knowledgeable; they exude confidence in what they do and it makes me feel comfortable from the get go.
It’s great that they have pick up and drop of service for ME! I have been stranded previously and they swoop in to take me to my rental. It puts my mind at ease knowing I am not stranded and have to walk five miles.
Their pricing is reasonable — even their economy cars are in excellent shape. I have used Enterprise several times and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Horrible Experience. I booked through the Enterprise website for a one day rental and got a confirmation of $ 41. I showed up and they wanted to charge me $ 186(a relocation fee that wasn’t include in the price but WAS include in the reservation details!!!). The manager said she couldn’t do anything about it, even after I showed her the TOTAL PRICE confirmation from their website. I called Enterprise and they explained the website should have blocked me from making a reservation that had me dropping it off at two different places. They reservation people on the phone also said the manager had the authority to waive the price for the mistake even though she said she couldn’t. Horrible Experience!

I love this place. .. .everything about it is wonderful! Sharron is the manager at this location… along with her staff. .. Kyle, Frances and Ms. Holly. .. .. just the most courtesy, accommodating group of people. Ive been renting from them for about 2mos. now and I have to say they consistently give EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT CARS.. .. AND hands down the best rates your going to find. .What they quote you is exactly what you pay. .. never any surprises there. They are THE FASTEST ENTERPRISE IVE BEEN TO. .. . this place is great…

Have used this location several time while my car was in the shop for repairs. My auto insurance covered the costs and the agents there provided me with a vehicle within the rental reimbursement rates. They picked me up at the repair shop and, after returning the car, drove me back to the shop. Staff is courteous and efficient.
No problems with insurance, i always decline and use coverage provided by my personal insurer.

They do a really great job not explaining things thoroughly and having you sign up for additional insurance. Shame on me for not reading the contracts clearly enough. If you do rent a car from them, read the contract VERY CAREFULLY. They will try to squeeze every penny out of you and gloss over their terms & conditions if you look like you’re in a rush or if you don’t look like you understand the situation completely. In the end, it’s what’s on the contract that you’re responsible for.

They are liars! Stay away! They just tried their best to get your money and bill something you didn’t request

We will never, ever use this company again. Was billed for nearly $ 900 more than their regular rental rate.

After a car accident I was provided a rental vehicle through Enterprise. Due to a bit of a wait I was upgraded to a larger vehicle than expected. Despite the wait the service both behind the counter and at the vehicle was exceptional.
The only difficulty was trying to return the car. With shortened hours on Saturday and closed on Sunday, I called the 24 hour customer service hotline for information but discovered it is only available during normal Monday through Friday business hours!

Very bad customer service… I booked a intermediate car .At the end, they showed me a chevy Aveo which is an economy. I explained her, I booked a intermediate type car and she said she dnt see it in system. I can upgrade you for an compact car. I still showed her my booking reservation email confirmation from enterprise and she said we dint have any cars in intermediate. She dnt even offer an upgrade. very rude customer service.

We wanted an SUV for a week long trip, and the prices offered by Enterprise were by far the best when compared to others like AVIS and Hertz. It was a pretty hassle free experience for my friends and I. We ended up picking up a Premium SUV, which was a pretty base model, I guess that’s expected when you are paying about half the price of what others are charging.
Cordial and flexible staff, good service, hassle free — definitely 5 stars.

The good:
(1) In the past, when renting a modest-​sized SUV from competitive non-​airport rental car locations (which sometimes seem to have an inventory of about 3 cars), I’ll show up and be told, «hey, great news, you’ve been upgraded to this behemoth» as the agent points to a Suburban or other such gas-​guzzling, difficult-​to-​park monstrosity on wheels. It was nice that I got what I wanted, a mid-​size SUV, clean, new, in good condition.
(2) Agents here are friendly.
(3) It is an upscale, pleasant location conveniently located in downtown Redmond across from the Marriott Hotel.
The annoying:
(1) The «we pick you up» service doesn’t apply on Saturdays. That created a minor inconvenience.
(2) At the time of pickup, it seemed like it took forever to process customers in front of me, and then same for me too when it was my turn at the counter. I’m renting a car for 3 days, not financing the purchase of a new one, why does it need to be so complex and time consuming? The employees seemed to be going as fast as they could, so I don’t blame them; rather, I blame «the system».
(3) I’d prefer if they gave you a car with a full tank of gas. It’s more convenient, and then also easier when you are about to return it, you don’t need to try to figure out how much gas to put in to come in with a half tank or ³⁄₈ tank or whatever.
(4) We needed to bring ours back with ¼ tank. The needle was just a very small sliver to the left of quarter tank mark, less than the width of the needle (the right edge of the needle actually was touching the ¼ tank mark). My wife had returned the car, but I noticed later on the receipt that we were charged for 3 gallons of gas. That was petty. I could see maybe hitting me for 1 gallon, but 3? C’mon guys. Don’t be petty.

This is fraudulent company and Enterprise Rent a Car –Redmond is the worst rental shop you would ever want to go.
First they say we don’t care about minor scratches and walk you through the car saying everything is fine. When you come to return the car, they said that Fog light case is missing. I said to them several times that it would have been missing when they rented it, they did not agree saying I should have made a note of it. The employee who rented was not thorough and asked me to not worry about seeing each and every part. But when I returned it, they were the first to pounce saying that I have signed the agreement that nothing was damaged.
They cut $ 250 deductible for a $ 23 fog light cover and now they are asking me to follow up with Damage Recovery Unit for loss of use and Repair cost. They are not ready to believe me that it is $ 23 fog light cover and are saying we need to take additional charges for loss of use, damage, service fees and also installation cost.
I am thinking I should be filing a law suit against the employee and company/​owner of Enterprise.
It was Subaru Legacy returned to Redmond town center on 7÷8÷2014. Enterprise if you are hearing this, please responds and give explanation of your fraudulent charges to public.
I also doubt that the Car wash guys from Enterprise conveniently might have removed the fog light cover just so that the Employee can charge the $ 250 fraudulent charges. Don’t even trust the Redmond Enterprise for 1 minute when you get the car and also don’t leave it to them for 1 minute with them before they say you are good to go. I have seen them asking claims from almost everyone else who are there in the shop.

I’ve rented from this location twice and have had great experiences both times. They knew exactly where to take me and even knew when my vehicle repair would be complete before I did. This moves them from just a ‘provider of cars’ to more of a concierge! Thank you Breanna and Courtney.

I’ve always had good experiences here. I’m sitting here and hour and 15 mins past my reservation time. They said they were on their way 3 phone calls ago and over an hour wait. I live 1 mile, if they would have communicated with me I would have walked it’s so close. If you’re offering a service and can’t deliver the least you can do is communicate it to your guest.

Best Enterprise store in the area! Excellent customer service and super speedy! I was in and driving out within 15 minutes. Looking forward to renting with the Redmond location in the future.

I was given a car I enjoyed a lot, was driven from the Auto-​Repair to their location and was given a good deal. One thing you should be always double checking with this location is whether you prefer to get and extra insurance or not. In my case, I was not told that there is an extra insurance charge and that’s optional. I was not asked but charged. Once I noticed in my credit card, I called them up and they made the correction. They were kind and considered and willing to make the correction. I would go back and rent a car from this location and just be careful when the insurance question comes up.

Depending on who you deal with here, this place can be great or a nightmare. I first dealt with a girl who I believe was named Taliah. I called first thing Saturday morning. Their motto is «we’ll pick you up» which no, they won’t pick you up. So instead I had to walk the 1 ½ miles over there. When I called she said they have a car available for me a «Ford Focus or Nissan Sentra» which are compact vehicles, and totally what I wanted. I get there, and instead she gives me a gigantic gas-​guzzling Malibu. I asked her and she said «oh we don’t have any other vehicles available» despite the fact that just an hour before she had told me they did. So I took that vehicle and she told me I could come by on Monday (they are closed on Sundays) after work and exchange it for a smaller vehicle. So I fill up the tank, head back over there only to be told that, no, they don’t have a smaller vehicle available. So I filled up the tank and went over there for nothing.
I got the manager involved and he promised to get me another car the next day and told me I didn’t have to worry about filling up the car. It’s nice to know that the managers realize enough to try and make a situation right, but it doesn’t make up for incompetent employees who are rude. I was glad to be able to return my vehicle somewhere else and not have to deal with them again. Despite the fact that this is the closest Enterprise to me, it’s not really worth the headache for bad customer service. Renting a car is already hard enough.
