Equity Northwest is licensed to assist clients who reside in (or have property located in) the state of Washington. We opened our doors over 24 years ago. During that period of time we have helped thousands of customers achieve their dreams — be that of home ownership, saving money by lowering their interest rate, major home improvements, buying a rental home or consolidating debt. A significant portion or our business comes from repeat customers and the referral of their friends and family, which is a testament to how we treat each client.

We offer all types of loans from conventional and jumbo to FHA, VA and USDA. As a mortgage broker, we have the ability to shop many lenders to find the perfect fit for each client.
