Something more regarding the bed we force to bought because the sofa is too big and cannot be delivered into our upstairs, we force to switch the sofa to whatever they have in store. The bed looks good. Be cautious though! After 3 mouths have been passed, it still emits strong pungent, penetrating odor because of the low quality painting. I really would like to file a case to the court!

Furniture factory direct is the worst in customer service and furniture never delivers on time or there is a problem with the product. From our previous experience, we have known that if something is not in stock then it is not worth ordering from there since it takes a hell lot of time 3 – 4 months(what’s the point paying thousands of dollars upfront and just cash up their wallet for months and you don’t get to use the product also). We really purchased furniture(bedroom set) from here this time because it was in stock. But when the furniture came, one of the pieces was broken and they had to take it back. To my dismay, Nicole, the store manager, tells me that they don’t have another piece in stock and a new piece will come in 4 – 6 weeks. My only other option was to cancel the order since I didn’t want to wait in the first place. But then their policy of 30% stocking fee comes into the picture and even cancelling the product without using it required to pay 30% of the price. DANIA and some other places have no fees policy if you cancel before the product is delivered or 15 days whichever is earlier. Nicole, the store manager, is inept at keeping the customer happy. I had to get into argument with her that defect in their product wasn’t my fault and paying either 30% or waiting 4 – 6 weeks is not what I wanted. Neither could I pick a different set because only some of the set was broken. Horrible experience. She didn’t provide me a contact on whom I could talk to resolve this. I guess I don’t know what else to do apart from disputing the charge on my credit card so that this entire transaction is cancelled or sucking it up and wait until the new one is delivered. Others reading it might have a better solution.

Just made a purchase. The experience was painless, staff was friendly and prices were fair. The no sales tax event is a great plus!

We recently made a purchase here from Richard the store manager. We purchases a lovely couch and love seat set during their memorial day no sales tax event. This was the only furniture store where we were greeted out of at least half a dozen. Richard went above and beyond and checked back in with me and my girlfriend throughout the time we spent in the store. He laid out the pros and cons of the two couch/love seat combos we were looking at. Very pleased with the service.

To make a very long story short, We bought a living room set and were told days later when we were in the store looking at a bed set that the entertainment center we ordered and paid for could not be sold as individual pieces(we just needed the stand) and that they canceled it and refunded the money for the piece and that we needed to pick out another one. We originally spent 5 hours picking this perfect set out. So I look at the alternative entertainment stand. Its a different color than the cocktail tables we chose. So I declined. I was shown other sets but they were more expensive that what I originally purchased. I asked if we could get it cheaper and was told no. The manager was horrendously rude! She treated us as if our business was not worthy. After a snide comment to us about wasting her sales woman’s time(the time we spent to look for another set since they fudged up the last) I demanded a full refund. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen, then by all means shop here. I went to the location in lynwood to purchase the set and was treated with decency and respect! Avoid this location!
