. After a long time of jumping from salon to salon, I finally found the one for me. My nails are consistently wonderful, the staff are friendly, and they are experienced in every service they offer. In addition to getting my fingernails done, I get pedicures, facials, and waxing done here. I think of all the times I’ve come (minimum every other week for a year), I’ve only had 1 «less than stellar» experience. I highly recommend.

Such a great nail salon. I have been here several times for shellac manicures and they always do a really great job. The salon is very clean and they always use sanitized tools. Everyone is very skillful and they take pride in their work. I was there today and asked for a somewhat complicated design and Michelle did a wonderful job! Although it took a long time to remove my previous shellac and apply this design she was very patient and super fun to talk to the whole time. I’d highly recommend Michelle, Nicki, or any of the other ladies that work here! I always leave happy!

Miss Bella just did a wonderful job with my nails! I’m new to the neighborhood and on the hunt for my new nail place! I wanted a nude glitter ombré nail and she nailed it!
Bella was fun to watch work cause she really took her time and payed attention to detail. She made sure I loved the way everything turned out, easily handled any changes I wanted made, she was an absolute peach!

The worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. The ladies were very sweet, but they were in a hurry and did not do a good job.

Absolutely wonderful service! Came in and we were taken care of right away, the spa pedicure was $ 30 and amazing. Definitely recommend this salon, from Scottsdale so I’m used to high end salons and this one was great!

Visiting from Oregon… so nice not to have to bring my own stuff (I.e. Nail file, buffer, etc.)…the pedicure was lovely… Spa pedi for $ 30…mint masque, sugar scrub! Wonderful.

Went here to get my nails done last nite! Awesome new owner! She’s so energetic and have a good attitude. Do highly recommend this place to anyone. Will come back again for sure to get my mani/​pedi shellac done :)

Really love this place! I’ve been twice and after reading all of the negative reviews, I waited before posting my review to make sure the service was consistent. I’m happy to say, this is my new favorite salon. They are always right on time, I’ve never had to wait. The women and the manager are always pleasant. Most importantly, my nails and toes look amazing! I’ve gotten Shellac both times and it has lasted over two weeks. I have only used the Shellac brand and have not tried the Gelish brand. Based on how great my nails look, I will stay with Shellac. I am incredibly picky and I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service and I must say, this place delivers! The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because I prefer a longer foot massage.

I just had my first appointment at Polished Nails (now called Honey Nails) and I will definitely be back. The store was clean, well maintained, the chairs comfortable and not too close together. I booked my appointment over the phone and when I arrived the staff greeted me by name. The matched my polish color for me (shellac manicure and pedicure) perfectly. The staff asked me what type of pedicure I wanted instead of charging me for the most expensive option (which a lot of places do) and also asked me about my nail preferences so as not to cut my nails too short or leave them too long. They made conversation and were very friendly.
When my nails were done, I noticed a blemish on one of my shellac nails and instead of shrugging it off, the staff quickly repaired it on the spot without complaint.
Bottom line, they listen, and they care. Wonderful service!

I recently purchased an Amazon local deal for a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. Realizing that the voucher was going to expire in 5 days, I called the salon to make an appointment. I initially asked if they had time for a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure Friday night or Saturday morning. The lady on the phone indicated yes, that she had appointments available for both days. It wasn’t until I mentioned the amazon local deal that she stated they were completely booked the remainder of the week and all weekend. She stated that they did have availability next week, but not until after the voucher expired. I questioned if they would be willing to honor the voucher since they were not able to fit me in until after the expiration date. The lady on the phone said she was busy and I would have to call back. She then hung up the phone.
Luckily, I called Amazon and explained my experience. They quickly offered me a full refund.

This is definitely my new go to! All the ladies are so nice and professional. I felt very taken care of here.
They have SO MANY Shellac nail colors, I had a hard time choosing! That is a great dilemma to have :)
The services themselves were wonderful! I love the shaping, how the cuticles are cleaned up, and the finished manicure and pedicure.
Highly recommend this place! There are lots of stations so likely able to get in without an appointment!

Definitely my new go to nail salon! I live in Newcastle, and never thought I’d find a nail salon I enjoyed after having horrible experiences at a nearby salon.
I came in for a pedicure. Kim was very sweet, but also quiet and didn’t make me feel like I needed to talk the entire time. It was extremely relaxing and probably the best food massage of my life!
Also, it was obvious they keep the salon extremely clean as I watched the girls clean up after themselves immediately. Will definitely be back soon for a manicure!

Hopeless.
I was told there would be a five minute wait for a repair job. Twenty minutes later, they wanted to know why I was sitting in their waiting area. My reply was «I told you guys I was here for a repair and the wait would be five minutes». The woman got very snotty and said «you didn’t tell me, I just got here». Not seeing the relevance of that statement, I left.
Rude; disorganized; their acrylics break very easily; I find the place, dark, dreary, and not terribly clean.

I came for a shellac manicure. It was done very unprofessionally. Polish was put very uneven, nails weren’t filed correctly. Every nail was different shape. Also, I needed a nail to be repaired and they didn’t know how to do it and every employee told me that it’s impossible to fix the nail. So how come every other salon can repair the nail and this one cannot. One more thing: they don’t know how to remove shellac correctly.
I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been to this nail salon multiple times. The ladies are sweet, and everything is so reasonably priced. They’ve just purchased new pedicure chairs, and this place is looking pretty fancy!
The parking situation can be a bit tough depending on when you go. The Chinese buffet restaurant seems to take up a lot of open spots, but you should be able to find a spot if you don’t mind parking a bit far away from the main entrance of the nail salon.
FYI: If you pay by cash, you’ll get 10% (I think) discount!

I’ve been a few times to this salon but I’m now looking for somewhere else. Here is my assessment. Would definitely go back for the shellac manicure (providing you don’t want any design) but now looking for a salon that will do a great pedicure along with the manicure.
PROS:
— Great selection of colors (Shellac and non-​Shellac). Nice easily presented format so you can see how the colors will look.
— Manicures last great — I’ve had them last 3+ weeks but usually around the 2.5 without any chips whatsoever.
— Take their time and aren’t in a rush and I actually like getting nails done at same time as pedicure so you don’t spend all day there.
CONS:
— They will not do nail design other than a basic flower on the big toe. They actually told me designs couldn’t be done with Shellac which I’ve now found out to be totally incorrect which means they just don’t want to do them.
— A bit pricey it seems compared to others — especially since they don’t want to do designs.
— Pedicure is very average. They don’t take off any hard skin except via a soak, massage not great. I didn’t like the hot stone, probably because the massage wasn’t very strong and I really like a good massage with my pedicure. Overall, «OK» but not great and I do like hard skin properly removed so it doesn’t build up.
— Can be hard to get appointments but they seem to take walk-​ins fine. Maybe a lot of people book and don’t show up but you would think appointments would be encouraged.

I am not a fan of this business, I unsuccessfully attempted to make an appointment to use the Groupon I purchased. When I finally got through on the phone, the man who answered the stated that if I was unhappy, I should contact Groupon, so I did! The note I sent to Groupon sums up my experience:
I contacted the business directly and I was told that they were overwhelmed by the response to the Groupon and would not be able to fit me in before my Groupon expired and would absolutely not honor the full value of my Groupon after expiration, even if I came in the day following the expiration, when they did have an appointment available. I feel the conversation on the phone was disrespectful and condescending and I have no interest in dealing with this business. I would prefer you credit my account for the amount that I paid for the voucher.
Groupon immediately refunded the cost of my voucher. Lesson learned, this business is on my black list.

As another costume said. I would give t this place 0 star if I could. I got a Living Social deal coupon and tried to redeem that a couples times but after we mention it seemed they never a time for you.
The last time I tried to redeem my coupon the guy on the phone was very rude and because it was almost expired he told me i had enough time to redeem it (one years) what was not true (6 months). I asked if he could make an exception and he said no. Really? Do you prefer to lose costumers because of a few bucks? What a awful costumer service.
Well after that, I just got a refund for my coupon and I will NEVER step inside this place. If they don’t know how to treat a costumer I don’t really care if they do a good job doing nails.
