I found James through luck and a whim — I clicked the «ask a realtor» feature on one of the realty sites (I honestly don’t remember which LOL). The realtor we had used previously retired, and I wanted to move quickly. I figured if I didn’t care for him, I would find someone else. Thankfully for me, he was funny, kind and above all, one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with!
After only a phone call, he put together a short list of properties that met my criteria, and we started viewing. I found it only took him a short while to hone in on when we liked something, and when we didn’t. A very valuable trait so that we didn’t waste time on properties that were just not going to work. His knowledge of the area was superb, and he was able to offer sound advice on the communities as well as the nuts and bolts of the properties themselves.
Every text, phone call or email was answered promptly and thoroughly. I appreciated that he took the time to notice how we preferred to communicate (text and email). When a new listing came up, he made himself available within hours to show it — which is extremely important in the current fast paced real estate market.
Once we were ready to bid, his advice was spot on, and he got us the property we wanted quickly. From that point, he helped us understand everything from how to read HOA documents, to which things to ask for repairs on following the home inspection — and which to ignore. It was a huge relief to know someone would see what we didn’t — after all, you don’t know, what you don’t know!
As a final step, James followed up even after we closed escrow and had keys. I sincerely believe he would help us tackle any issues, even after the fact. Thankfully for us, he did such a great job ahead of that point, that we had none.
Bottom line, working with James was a joy, and he will be our realtor of choice when we need one again.

James was on top of every turn for the sale and purchase of our home, Which had a few challenges. I really wanted to understand each facet of this real estate process and answered every question immediately and in depth so that fully understood all components of each decision we made. James was fun, catering to our needs/​schedule and a complete professional. He was a joy to spend time with and enabled us (with no pressure) the dream home we had been seeking that met our needs in a realistic way. We will forever be thankful to James.
