Jimmy John’s

I have ordered from this location many times and they have been fast in delivery. Today, I ordered a sandwich as noon. When I didn’t receive it at 12:25, I called them and they said they’ve been running behind and the sandwich is out for delivery. I waited till 12:45 and called them again. They said their deliveries have been taking an hour today and they’ve been calling people to tell them that. Well, I did not receive any call. I asked for a refund which I hope I will receive. Very unhappy and probably won’t be ordering there again.

Went to this JJs yesterday, walked in around 12:30 for lunch, it was busy but I went to JJs specifically for their speed. After ordering and taking my place behind the 5 other customers waiting for their sandwich we all noticed no one was making any sandwiches. After 10 minutes we were all told they were out of French bread and it would be another 10 minutes before they had more.
A Jimmy John’s at lunch time without bread? Why didn’t they tell me this before I ordered?
Feels like Jimmy John’s opens new stores with stellar service only to reduce that service once they get their customer base set. They need way more consistency.
I got my money back and walked across the street to Subway. Won’t be going back to this location.

Now that’s what I’m talking about. First time sandwich order happened today, in less than 15-​mins a very nice delivery tech was in the lobby. The sandwich I ordered the #5 Vito with hot peppers added was amazing! The bread was perfect, insides fresh and deelish, checking now to see if we have one in my neighborhood at home so I can have another this evening. Everything about my first experience was spot on — from ordering online, to sandwich options, delivery time and price.

Love Jimmy John’s! These guys are always fast, efficient and friendly. I love tipping them well, not because I feel a sense of obligation (which I do), but because they are just that good. They always beat their estimated delivery times as well. It’s fresh, delicious and accurate. Excellent service keeps me coming back for more when I need a quick, easy lunch or dinner. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

There are two Jimmy John’s locations in Redmond, and they’re fairly close to each other. They’re also fairly similar, but I think I like the other one more. They have the same food and service. The workers are nearly all male and comprise a giant sausagefest with the possibility of one smoking hot female at times. The food is good, prices are low, and everything is incredibly greasy. That’s what you get at Jimmy John’s.
I still love the possibility of getting a gargantuan for under ten dollars. It’s a sandwich that’s guaranteed to fill me as a meal, but there is the downside of dealing with the copious amounts of grease dripping from these sandwiches. It doesn’t help either that they tend to apply a liberal amount of mayonnaise to the sandwiches, so the food is probably more fattening than it seems. I don’t like all the unnecessary extra calories, but I can’t say no to consistent service.

absolutely LOVE jimmy john’s… i also love that the jimmy john’s in seattle has a compost, recyle, and trash bins!

This is for sure the best jimmys out there. Waay better then the other Redmond location. Great atmosphere, friendly people and dank ass sandwhichs! What more could you ask for!

Clean, fast, and inexpensive!
I love this location. I have only been here on the weekends so the line was never long. I wonder if they ever get super busy. Staff seem to be really nice.
I will be back to this location for sure!

first time was a fiasco… they thought they had sent me the food but had not. I called them 45 minutes later and they apoligized and gave me a free cookie, which I thought was nice of them. Since then, in the last three weeks, I have used them probably 10 times… and they have been wonderful. I just order online with my card and they show up magically with food. I don’t have to talk to anyone. Which I appreciate. Good stuff

I have mixed opinions about this Jimmy John’s location.
Firstly, the sandwich’s, they really are delicious! I will come here over Subway anytime, because they really are fresher ingredients, and I enjoy their chips very much. The place is kept very clean.
On the other hand, the staff are a bit strange. It most often seems to be a bunch of university kids (always male), that are there at the times I go there. They always have the music playing very, very loud. Which is very off putting, and on one occasion I had to ask them to turn it down. They obliged and it was done very quickly, but the next time I went in, it was the exact same experience. It feels like a pub in there! I went in another day, and there were completely different staff, and the experience was much different.
I give a 3, as the sandwich’s are great, but the staff let this place down.
