I thought they are different but just like other insurance agency, they raised my premium even though I have clean driving record for 10+ years. Be careful, low premium to get your business, but expect raises unexpectedly. No reward for safe driving yet.

Matt’s team headed by Deanne were so proactive, so patient, and provided so much clarity throughout the claims process it was incredible. I never had to call in and check on the status because the team always reached out to me. When the other party’s insurance was slow to respond, the Flinn team took over the claim for me and then carried it through subrogation. Upon learning that the repair company used 3^rd party parts, the Flinn team caught it, enforced their policy of original parts and covered my rental car extension. I am thankful and impressed by the service and coverage by the Matt Flinn office and especially Deanne!

Matt Flinn is my State Farm Agent. I recently found my car had been hit and the person that hit it left without leaving a note or anything. I noticed that the headlight was not in the right place, but didn’t see any other damage. I took it to my favorite body shop to see if they could just adjust the headlight, but they found over $ 3,000 of damage. Of course I called Matt right away.
I was told that I could have it fixed anywhere I liked, and that they would have an adjustor call me. They also told me to go ahead and file a hit and run report with the State Patrol. Filing that report got me a lower deductible. I was about to leave on a road trip, driving my car from Seattle back to Kentucky. The body shop could not get the parts in time for my trip, but they were able to put things back together well enough that I could take my car on the trip.
Matt’s office worked with the claims office while I was gone, and when I got back, two weeks later, everything was all set up to get the car fixed and to get me a check for the damage. I could not have been more pleased.
I was not happy to suffer damage from a hit and run driver, but Matt and his team made the whole thing go away with little effort or expense on my part.
